Spring broke on 9 yr old garage door. Cables had severe slack. Called Wayne Dalton to report problem in afternoon. Service person was at my house next day at noon. Getting service that quick was critical with winter temps in single digits. One vehicle trapped in garage, while other vehicle had to sit in driveway overnight. Repaired efficiently in less than 24 hrs of call. Door works great, just in time for next snow. Price charged was the low side of what was quoted on my call. Very Pleased.

Two workers just completed work on replacing a broken garage door spring. Can't say enough about how great they were. I have a 3 stall garage. Wayne Dalton of Peoria was fantastic to work with. I have had to replace torquemaster spring (lasted 12 years) on one door in 2023 due to age. The second door spring broke this year. I was able to schedule quickly. Corey and Chad came out and did a great job and got two doors fixed in an hour.
