Terrible brokerage. They canceled a load on us right as driver was pulling up to pickup. They accused our company for being scammers even though we are legit and had our own company truck picking up this freight. They even refused to pay a TONU which is part of the rate confirmation. We had to pay for fuel and the miles our driver drove to the pickup out of our own pocket. Very unethical. The lady that did this is named Rachel. Avoid this brokerage at all costs.

This broker are something else they’ll book you on a load leave the load posted and if another driver calls for the load they will assign the load to them the first driver that gets there that’s who takes the load shame I would not be dealing with them again cancels me then text me an hour later are you still around like no I have no time to be playing am here to make money no bs

Excellent service,!!!! great Broker.!!!
We had the experience of working with this company and they have been very considerate, respectful and diligent. Mr. Xavier was attentive and helped us very kindly and professionally throughout the delivery process. We greatly appreciate the time he took to help us. . Several weeks after I hauled a load with this broker, I looked them up on SAFER and it showed not authorized. So I emailed Sara Aguila, the agent I booked the load with, about whether or not I will receive payment due to SAFER showing them as not authorized. She quickly criticized me and said she is going to put me on their DNU list because of my question. She then gave me their MC number, so I looked it up and everything was good. There was 2 of them with the same address etc. So I emailed back and apologized and said it was my bad for the misunderstanding. So at this point I'm on their DNU list for a misunderstanding. I will update this review if things get resolved.
Update: Ben, vice president of carrier procurement, called me within 10 minutes of posting this review and straightened it out. It's nice to see people who care about their reputation and their carriers.
