if i could rate this 0 stars i would... i ordered a sandwich and a roll for curbside pickup. get there, waited around 20 minutes AFTER the scheduled pickup time, only to have an employee come out and tell me they were out of chicken. he didn't even seem to know exactly what type of chicken they were out of and asked me to come in and let them know what i wanted for a replacement. i went in, found out it was the roasted chicken they were out of, so i asked for the same sandwich with chicken steak. i waited again around 30 minutes inside, before i FINALLY got my food. the roll was cold and hard, and the sandwich was very lackluster and disappointed seeing as it wasn't what i ordered... it also seemed like someone shook up my sandwich box before giving it to me seeing as the top pieces were halfway off the sandwich and the lettuce and tomato were all over.
it's totally unacceptable, no matter how busy you are, that you are making customers wait over an hour for a simple sandwich. keeping track of what items you are low on is not hard.
whoever is managing this place needs to get their head on straight and learn how to better manage stock, orders, and employees. if you consistently sell out of roasted chicken, maybe it's a good idea to keep more in your walk in 🙂
sheetz is just all in all better than this place in terms of quality and service, and i have never waited more than 15 minutes there, even when busy.
i hope that a regional manager or corporate will see all of these unsatisfied customers and do something about it.

Just like any new establishment, it takes some time to work out the kinks and train new people. All the bad reviews are probably just people who have never had to work customer service in their life and have nothing better to do with their time. This Wawa is a great addition to FarmVille and I know tons of LU students were so excited to get one. All the employees are super nice and inviting and everything I’ve ordered has been perfectly fine. I don’t mind waiting a little longer because it’s new and I know how to plan out my day without putting that burden on random customer service workers. Very happy there is a Wawa in town. Keep up the great work!

This is the best wawa i ve been. The people are polite and helpful. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get the food but they are super busy. For the amount of people ordering lunch, I think they do great and the food is awesome. Thank you for coming to farmville va

Quite honestly the worst wawa I have ever been to. I waited 50 minutes for 2 chicken roll ups while watching the employees chit chat instead of work. Not to mention I was given 2 quesadillas instead of what I actually ordered. Not once have I come here, ordered food, and left within 30 minutes… Be wary.

I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two hash browns in the app for a 0950 pickup at 9:20. I arrived at 945, so I gassed up, went in, and asked about the order. It was being made, or so I was told. I got a cup of coffee and paid for the order. I waited. I waited until 1020 and asked again, my order? Again, being made. 1022 I got my sandwiches; hash browns would be another 20 mins. I told them I could not wait another 20 mins; I had placed my order an hour ago. They could not refund me, as I had already paid for the hash browns. I could wait. No, I could not! No hash browns, no refund. Never again! The sandwiches were not good, almost un-editable, and I got ripped off on hash browns! Never again! Look out, they will rip you off! Please don't pay in advance for anything! Don't trust them; they will rip you off!

Slow for in house orders. Half of the sides they mark unavailable to order unless you specifically ask. Multiple in app orders I've had to pick up my own items as they are marked ready but not in the pickup area.

It took 21 minutes to get a chicken wrap. If the staff would talk less, they could get more done. This place is just as bad as sheetz for service. Hire some hispanics!!

WORST WAWA EVER!!! Took 45 mins to get a sandwich bc they just ignored my ticket. When I went to complain the woman was very unprofessional. The sandwich wasn’t even made the way I ordered it. If the girl that was making my food wasn’t so worried about clocking out & that’s all she could talk about maybe my sandwich would be right. NEVER GOING BACK!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! SHEETZ IT IS FROM NOW ON!!!
