Going to start with the only bad thing i can say about this place is the entrance as it has obscured visibility to get out and if you come up from I-20 you have to cut accross against traffic to get in. Aside from that, this place is a pleasure. These guys are always professional, even when I showed up at their closing time 430 on the dot and no one complained, and they ingated me and went about their day. The ingate process is clear set down to buckets measured at the 20 and 40 ft mark for you to dispose of your zip ties, unlike other yards where there are zipties everywhere. I have never been here longer than 20 minutes. Overall, this place is great.

My driver has ran a few loads out of this location and each experience seems to get worse. The first time he went he arrived before they opened and he was standing at the window and the employee looked at him and wouldn't even acknowledge him. After standing there for about 5 minutes before another employee looked up and said hello, give him (the first employee) a few minutes and he will be right with you...he was still there over an hour before they started to load him because the employees that were supposed to load the container were sitting around talking and eating their breakfast. The next time he went he was told the load he was supposed to pick up wasn't ready because the container was buried under 19 other containers but they never notified the broker that load would not be available so I wouldn't drive all the way there for nothing. Today he was there for almost two hours before they loaded him because they were again sitting around talking and eating breakfast. Then two of their company trucks pulled in after me and they went and loaded them first. The employees do not care about their customers and the fact that we are also on a time schedule. Them taking so long to load me today made it to where I made it to the delivery location after hours. Their failure to provide adequate service reflects bad on me when I am unable to make the delivery on time even though it wasn't my fault.

Going to this place don't worry about the no truck posted ,, nest thing when you go there to pick up or drop off it's kinda hard turning around back there just be careful

W B is a very professional place with decent pricing. They do things right the first time, and they've always been courteous and straight forward about business.

Not for long trucks! They will use a yard dod to get your trailer turned around. Yard was muddy

Your truck driver in #54 just forced me from the passing lane on 114 onto the shoulder in 80mph traffic, he was trying to kill us with his truck!!
