We have shopped here before with previous owner and this owner but the last few times we've been here we noticed they are closed on Saturday and that is the day of the week that most people will be purchasing furniture including us we were disappointed to see that they were closed When we went to buy a new couch set Once again so we will not be coming back as that is the only day we would shop for furniture. Took our business to furniture for less and found an excellent deal on a really nice couch set.

She was very professional. She made us feel like we were at home. We were never pressured at all to purchase anything she gave us our space to look at the furniture. By far the worst customer service and sales team I have ever encountered I purchased a dining table and sofa set from them and they Delivered one of the sofás torn after it fell off the delivery truck and one of the drivers Tried to avoid it falling please Avoid this company at all means I will be opening a small claims court tomorrow as they have Refused to replace my Damaged sofa Which has warranty I have Multiple emails and phone records that I have tried to reach out with no response after calling Private today it’s been 9months the owner answered and Was very violent and aggressive towards me I am extremely bothered by this matter and I will be taking Legal action
