New to Folsom and wanted to get established with a new eye doctor. I was using EyeCenter for years and wanted to see what else what’s out there. I came across Visionworks and it’s 8 mins from home. The team was exceptionally helpful and kind. I felt really good through out the whole experience. I really appreciated Dr. Dilini she was so sweet and kind. You could tell she was very good at what she does. I’m especially impressed because she recommended a new contact brand for me that I hadn’t heard of Dailies Total 1. I was using Dailies Precision 1 which I always wasn’t fully excited about, but once I tried on the Total 1 kind it was a huge difference. A big difference in price too, they are more expensive but for me to love them 100% it was worth it to me. I’m excited to be established with my new eye doctor and look forward to this partnership.

The entire staff is amazing here. Laughing in the exam with the Doctor and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff was also extremely helpful in getting me the biggest discount they could on both pairs I bought today. They never rushed me and showed me the difference in the lens I could choose from. Can’t wait to pick up my new glasses 💜

Great choice of appointment times available. Friendly, helpful staff, the newest and best technology for exams. Loved having a choice of retinal scan vs dilation. I was in and out, including ordering new glasses, in under an hour. Awesome!

Wonderful experience! The doctor was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and caring. I previously went to a LensCrafters and the doctor was unprofessional, and I was confident he wrote my prescription wrong. The doctor here took the time to test my vision with my previous prescription, no prescription, and the prescription she thought I needed. She also showed me what my vision would look like with my new prescription and let me try out the contacts I would be getting. The staff was also amazing. Alex was fabulous and immediately helped me pick out the perfect frames for my face shape and complexion. The girl who helped check me in and out, I believe her name was Emma, was extremely kind and gave me a thorough price break down and also explained the different types of lenses I could get, the price of each lens, and the optional warranty. I highly recommend coming here!!

Such a great experience during my visit today with a great selection to choose from. Emma is very knowledgeable regarding insurance information and very kind throughout the whole appointment ! My experience with Dr.Omi was also fantastic and provided such a thorough exam. Will be back yearly for sure !

This place is AMAZING!!!! Dr. Hemachandra was fantastic and was so patient, kind and thorough. Alex, Max, Emma and KC were so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. I have a little bit of eyeball anxiety and this place was a breeze for me. I love how clean the store is, there was pleasant music playing and I love how the glasses are organized by shape and price. This was my favorite experience ever with an eye exam and picking out new glasses! Thank you all!

I had an appointment with Visionworks. It was from start to finish the best optometrist visit I’ve had in the area. From the ease of scheduling, the friendly helpful front office staff and the throughly explained exam it really was hands down the best experience I’ve had in a while. The selection of frames is great. They are laid out by shape and are tiered in prices. There is no pressure from the staff to buy specific items and when I declined to purchase a pair of sunglasses there was no insistence on saving money buying a second pair now yada yada… which I appreciate so much.
