Worst Victory Packaging Location ever. Not only the order, made previous day during working time, was not prepared, but also when I arrived the next day they made me wait almost an hour for an order of 9 positions only. Literally seems like only 1 dock guy working in such a big place. Moreover, now they are not even following their own schedule. I could come by previous day by 4:10 pm, but they told me that they are only working till 4 pm on Wednesday, middle of the week. I surely hope that I won’t need to come here anymore.

I go to Victory Packaging locations all across the country and have to say the Aurora IL location is by far the worst in regards to time frame to pick up. All other locations take at most 1 hr. At Aurora IL location, always 3 hrs almost every time. It is literally a joke among movers how horrible this location is. Get it together!!!!!

I just wanted to let everyone know that I had a great experience here getting unloaded at this place!
The unloading crew were more than helpful, friendly and fast as well!
The office personnel were very attentive and friendly also, so I'd gladly come back to this place!!

Only a select few dock workers seem eager to do their job. Young Hispanic man wearing glasses is great dock worker. Office staff need retrained on hospitality as they're the face of the company seems to do very little with bad attitudes mainly the guy with the big earrings in his ears. Ashley I believe her name is, is always in a foul mood very drama filled or divafied can't get off her phone . Face of the company I myself as a business owner would have supervisors in their asap will be avoiding business from here on.

Take too long to unload and you cannot unload yourself. And if you do not have an appointment forget it you have to wait.
The dispatcher is always in a bad mood. I guess it was the supervisor that told me that the old regime is gone and they have implemented new rules and we need to follow them
I usually deliver one skid or 6 boxes and I have to wait who know how long, instead of me unloading myself. Had to ask the dispatcher to reject the delivery because was waiting forever.

Slow. Very slow for Dock pickups. Warehouse staff is loud and foul mouthed. while I was in their office on the phone with their front office placing my order. Yelling obscenities about fellow employees. I couldn’t hear myself talking it was extremely rude and obnoxious. The poor woman on the phone had to listen to his ranting as well. Will be avoiding another Victory Packing unfortunately.
