This is one of my favorite distributors! Can’t beat the prices!!! Josh is absolutely amazing and very helpful. He always lets me know when they’re getting new products in. I placed an order 2 days ago and it just came in. I’ve never had any issues with damaged/missing product. And the thing I appreciate the most is whoever packs the boxes for shipment organizes it which makes it so easy to check off and add to inventory. Thank you guys!

I am ordering vape wholesale products from VGI Distribution for some months now, and what can I say? Just wonderful! They have tonnes of trending products to choose from. The staff is friendly, and the delivery is timely. I ordered bulk packages for my retail store, and the products were freshly and orderly packed. None of my orders contained damaged/missing products. I must say they are best in there business as vape wholesaler. In short, if you want quality products at the best prices, I would definitely recommend VGI Distribution.

I'm no newcomer to Vape industry. I go with the representatives that make it easier on me, and are cool and chill to work with. While most of my contacts are longtime friends and direct from Co. , I've been ramping up with VGI because of Max. He's awesome and can work with me on every question I've thrown his way. That, and the shipping from all the way from the east to me is often faster than some Co's 1500 miles closer. They usually have the stuff that sells out other places too, so don't sleep on VGI.

*Update*
We received the two boxes on the same day, so that make no sense whatsoever. I have Receipts showing that they were both delivered the same day on the 27th, so what are you talking about? Also, please cease charging my card with unauthorized charges.

It's very disappointing to pay for a
product and to not receive the complete order. Then to be told that your employees are the ones to "misplace or steal" the product, without hesitation. "We weighed the product and it matches what we sent you" even though you are missing $185 worth of product. It's sad when the sales people can't even tell you how many boxes your product may come in because there is that much of a communication gap. Be aware guys. Kelvin is so condescending and not a great conflict resolver. I think he is in the wrong position for what he is doing. He needs an attitude adjustment. Be cautious when working with him because he tries to make you feel like you are the one in the wrong.

Funny how you replied to a review that had no explanation... however, you're wrong. We ordered 300 batteries and only received 227. Then, to supplement the shortage, you over stocked us with battery cases. This "we know what 300 batteries weighs and we matched the weight" doesn't mean you sent the correct products. You also claimed I was a thief and a liar, however, you are the ones that have stolen our money and lied about what you sent. Piece of garbage company that has no integrity and takes zero responsibility of their own employees messing up an order that could have been easily fixed. But no, they refuse to accept fault and will now no longer receive our business.
