The worst service ever I was given a free phone because my other phone was actually debunked after 20 days I spent over six hours on the phone they’ve asked me for my ID several times with different people when I’m in the store Manager theda ask me for my ID continuously over and over it was so disgusting. Their service is awful. Get rid of these people. I would change my plan as soon as possible. Verizon has just gone downhill this disgusting. Don’t trust these people that rip you off they whisper and talk to their manager never the manager never talks to you, then they come over to you. It’s like buying a damn car. It’s disgusting.

Called to confirm they had the phone I wanted- I arrived 8 minutes later. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to help me but then was told they do not have the phone I called about. Rude and unhelpful staff.

Awful, awful customer service. The girl was rude and condescending to me and to another couple she was working with. Just so sad this is acceptable to Verizon. Idk, if you read all these terrible reviews, you would think the management would do something about it, not just send a canned response that will go nowhere and stop pushing your internet services, rude staff aren’t going to help you sell more services.

It's sad to say at this store no matter what your place in line is you get passed up if your not native American. My husband waited patiently and was next to be helped. When a native American employee passed him up to help a native American customer who came in after him. Then turned around and helped another native customer who walked in. Leaving my husband and an elderly couple to waite for someone to come from the back of the store. I don't care what race you are you should always take the next customer in line. To me she was very racist.

This store is horrible and the people were useless. Without even trying, they did nothing to offer anything including a deal clearly stated online
