Do not use this service ever. Make sure to take a picture of everything you are giving to them. Do.not trust the lady at the front desk she will not let you escalate any complaint. They stole two dietary supplements from a bag of items and took them behind the doors. They say everything is being captured by tie cameras. The videos don’t show anything. It is a third world quality service. La persona que me atendió es una deshonesta que está haciendo daño a la reputación de la empresa y se escuda en en el slogan somos una empresa seria.

If I could give 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY ARE THIEVES. My dad went to this place to ship some supplements for my grandma & that’s sick. They stole 2 expensive turmeric supplements. When he got to the place, he gave the items to the lady and she said she’ll put them in a box, then when she came back, the box was already closed so he just trusted that everything will be sent intact. We have the receipts of the stuff we bought and all the proof. This is beyond evil. We will escalate this with the law.
