This place was perfect. It's so simple to rent a unit you don't even need to speak with a person. The monthly rent is affordable and I felt my belongings were safe and secure. The owner was really kind and understanding. This would be my number 1 recommend for anyone who has storage needs in the valley.

Susan was great to work with and quite easy to get ahold of at any hour. The price is lower than most, if not all other storage units in Logan. I was able to sign a lease, pay, and move in all in the same day. Move out was a breeze as well. These units are a little difficult to access in the snow but that is my only complaint. I would 100% rent here again if I needed a storage unit.

Great experience storing my things at Valli Storage for the past month. The owner, Susan was readily available for initial rental and check out, friendly and accommodating to what I was needing. Very convenient just being able to show up, give her a call and rent a unit. Great price, too.

My wife and I needed some extra storage while moving apartments this summer. Valli was convenient and super easy to work with. If we ever need to rent again, we will be using them. We recommend that you do too.

I would never recommend this place to anyone the manager Susan is litteraly crazy. My sister's door has been broken for over two weeks she calls the police Everytime she is late with a payment. Yes the police making up stories. She will not provide an invoice for the payments that have been made. Takes the money every month off my mom's card who pays for her storage. Now there is a 14 day notice to vacate on the door but litteraly can not open the door to even get her stuff out. This lady makes the owner look bad. My sister has a unit there and so did her daughter. My niece fell behind on payments and she locked my sister out of her storage until her daughter paid. How is any of this even legal?
Today my sister missed work so the repair man could come by and fix the door when my sister called her and asked her when he was coming by because she said 9 the crazy mental case told her he must have left already. So when she checks to see if he got to her door so she could get into her stuff in a storage that has been paid for there is a 14 day notice. Wow she can not even access the unit for over 2 weeks and it has been paid for but the notice is telling her 2 weeks? It goes on and on do not get a storage here the manager is a nightmare!

It was easy to get and put my stuff in, I bought a padlock with key and my stuff is safe there. But the communication sucks and if you're trying to make sure you're squared away and want to give notice so you can get your stuff out, they will only ignore you. I have tried leaving a message on fb, a note in the payment box, and calling them. They don't call back, text, message back or anything. I really wanted to make sure we were on the same page and give notice so I could get my stuff out of there. I would not recommend them unless I could get things taken care of with them, it's turned into such a headache.

They always take your deposit. Had myself and other friends try their small unit ($40-overpriced) and had the same experience. leave proper notice and never get your deposit in the mail. The contract says they’ll mail it out within X-days but it never does.

worst place you can ever go to. put my stuffs during summer and my storage unit was broken into and got stolen most of my stuffs. the owner didn't care and according to the owner everything was my fault. they don't pick up the phone or answer the email unless they need another payment.
