Today I went to the Storage Pro. Great location, safe and secure place, extremely clean. Inside bright/lights enough. Also such a convenient schedule - 7 days from 7a to 7p. I was Pleasantly surprised with the Customer Service. I got help from Amber Lancaster. She did care about my needs. She was professional and friendly. Because of Amber I made a decision to get the unit.

I went to my storage unit today for the first time in over 5 years! Amber helped me and she was so very helpful and sweet. I just wish I would have gone to my unit sooner because I realized my storage stuff could have fit in my garage and apartment this whole time! So I was able to clear my storage unit out and bring my stuff home. I put it off for a very long time, but I'm glad I finally went! Thank you for helping me Amber! I appreciate you!

I have to say the customer service was amazing here. I did not have a lock for my unit and called during my move to inquire about a lock. Amber was quick with a solution. She did not hesitate and calmed my panic, she had it under control. The space was perfect and I am thrilled that I landed with VSS to store my stuff.

My experience with Valley Self Storage has been excellent through the years. Their security is very good and I know things in my storage there are protected. The staff is always easy to work with too.

Valley Storage worked out really well for us as we were transitioning from a 3-bedroom home to a 1-bedroom. Johanna took great care of us, making move in/out easy. She was always welcoming and friendly! We will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Storage is good size but hours are not helpful when you have a full time job out of town. Open hours should extend on weekends at least. Storage increases their cost very frequently

Edit 1/17/25 yet another rate increase.. Crazy. If you rent here expect a rent increases every 6 months.

Two rent increases in the last year make it a thought pill to swallow, maybe use some of that money for that beat up cart that's in the elevator, it's a serious liability since the handle falls right off. Other then that the facility is clean but not very secure, there was one break in last year where several units got hit. (not my unit)

Once again, Amazing People - Johanna continued to be amazing, I moved to a new area over 100miles away, so I was emptying 5 storage units. Johanna stayed late while we finished loading the content so we could close up the paperwork and she even did the final cleanup of the units so we could head out to our destination. It was superb working with her the past year - she managed getting me the space I needed, and with the billing issues as my payment sources needed updating several times due to my divorce - she just made the whole experience work without any concerns or questions, she knew her job and how to make the computer do what was needed - and this was made possible because she understands that the storage is a container for people's lives, not just a space that is being billed monthly, so she care about the business and the people using it. Once again, she is amazing.
