I ordered delivery from here. Waited for 2hrs and the driver didn't show up. Called the customer service numerous times and he kept giving excuses of why the driver is a no show. What is the point of delivery if the driver is a no show or delivers more than 2hrs. I am extremely disappointed with this service.

I love this delivery service! I’ve been using it for a while now since they were smaller and I’ve never been disappointed. Whenever I have an issue I get an immediate response and they’ve worked with me during various issues. It’s very impressive and all my friends are amazed when I tell them about my experience. It says on their site and always has that they cannot legally exit their car so that’s really not a valid issue or an issue for me. It’s a plus the drivers are friendly and you can track it as soon as it’s on your way. 10/10 recommend.

I used to come here all the time been coming for a year it was great but then they switched over to new people a new system and they are always canceling last minute my tree has been short it just seems like since the switch over I have issues everytime I order or they still tell me I have to have a minimum when I order a value bag even though I have been getting the value bags for a year they still ask for my address even though I have been there for a year the service getting so bad
