I'm on the East Coast and finding someone you can trust these days is a challenge let alone 2900 miles away. I called Valley Courier Express and they immediately answered. I gave them the details of what I needed to have picked up and a timeframe of when the pickup location was available. They not only arrived a few minutes the same day but were early and thoroughly communicated with me throughout the process. The pickup driver even waited at the UPS store nearby to confirm it would be sent to me all the way in Virginia. Definitely 5 star service.

VCX Saved the day! Had a freight company drop the ball and needed someone to rescue my freight and get it delivered to the end user asap. The VCX crew were extremely easy to work with and worked around some unexpected issues and got my freight picked up, repacked and delivered to the end user just in time. The hash browns were cold. My woman ordered the pattie sausage the waitress brought links. The waitress reordered the patties and came out burnt. Then I found a black mustache hair under my breakfast club sandwich when I picked up the second half to eat. The first half was very good. I spoke with the manager about the issues and he gladly took care of the bill. So the hair wasn't an extra cost LOL!!! To many issues for 5
