Erika, Burt, and his team Alain and Pineapple were incredible with our VERY fragile 10,000lb 10ft x 9ft glass door panels. We spent two weeks calling every transport company in the LA area and only two companies were able and willing to help us deliver these 6 pallets to the Hollywood hills.

They made us look very good in front of our client. They arrived at 6am sharp, loaded these monster pallets on two 36ft flat beds with their beautiful Moffet forklifts and off to the hills we went.

Drop off was going to be tricky because the hills are tight, but they were able to make it up the hill and unload directly at the job site. The client was so impressed they even hired them for a quick job after everything was unloaded.

Vallejo's was simply the best experience. I had tried to find some other transport companies, but it seemed so hard/slow to get a solid quote. Vallejo responded quickly to my quote inquiry same day with a firm amount- and they sent out a driver within 24 hours. The driver... named "Pineapple" was the funniest guy I have ever met. Super knowledgeable and very prompt and professional. I have had many deliveries, but this was the first and only truly memorable one. Pineapple was awesome. We had a couple hiccups and special requests and he just rolled with it all (very unusual for industry). I would definitely recommend Vallejo to anyone looking for quality transport at a fair price!

I reached out to Burt for some help with moving several pallets of lumber. I had a narrow pick-up window and my request was very short notice. Not only was he able to accommodate my request, he was very professional and communicated very well.

Pineapple the driver showed up early with time to spare, worked with the contractor at the site to get the pallets loaded, and was at the delivery site very quickly. I couldn't believe how fast he got it done. Not only was he a fantastic truck and forklift driver, he went above and beyond to unload the cargo in a place that was convenient for me even though it was less convenient for him. He was also very friendly and I really enjoyed meeting him!

Whenever I need help with freight again, I'm definitely calling these guys. The service doesn't get better than this. Thank you guys very much for the assistance.

We had a great experience with this company. We purchased a 5000 lbs firepit from a sculptor who was located two hours away from our job site. Once I contacted Vallejo's they were able to pick up the firepit the next day early in the morning and deliver it to us as quickly as they could. Not only where they on time, but their delivery guy was in touch with me throughout his drive to give exact ETAs on when to meet him there. Upon arrival they helps us unload this extremely heavy art piece and put it in the exact location we desired in the backyard. They were very professional and fair with the price. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. Two thumbs up.

I needed a few heavy and oversized crates delivered to my house and they got the job done with their beautiful moffett flatbed. The company was very easy to work with and very professional.

I had a last minute load from Santa fe springs to Richmond, CA that I had someone scheduled for already and they canceled on me literally 1 hour before pick up time and one of my co workers recommended Vallejo Transport. As soon as I contacted them, they made it happen in a matter of minutes. The driver Alan who goes by pineapple 🍍 did such a great job in communicating his eta, also in making sure the freight was loaded and strapped down correctly, and being on time at job site. We had an important delivery to a customer that did not have a loading dock or forklift to unload material. Vallejo's Transport was able to bring a forklift and get the material into our customer's facility. They were flexible with scheduling, on time, and made us look good to our customer. Much better service than a typical common carrier!
