Today ( 11/04/24) I was a finalizing of my move out day, that I completed on Sunday 11/3/24! Monday I returned to 111th and Rockwell and had the misfortune of interacting with Rose who was extremely rude when I asked her for a receipt, stating that I had cleared out the storage unit yesterday, Sunday. She refused to give me a receipt, saying I can take her word that my account was closed. I asked for the corporate number and Rose’s reply was “there is no corporate office, we handle everything in this office “! Customer service is certainly not a forte of hers. I attempted to reach someone Saturday (11/2) and Sunday (11/4) to rent a truck with no success because no one answered the phone ☎️. I had a 4 year rental. Better customer service is needed!!!

It was clean and the workers was very nice! However they are quite expensive I would have definitely went to UhAul if I would have know the distance wasn’t that far like I thought it was! My experience was great for the most part!

Always a good experience with Maria, the mgr of facility. She is a true professional, helping customers in any way she can. Facility is always clean and problems are addressed immediately. 5***** for the facility & manager!

I came in today looking for a bigger unit to store more personal items. Maria was very informative and helpful during the whole process. Maria took me to see the unit before deciding to rent it. With Maria’s knowledge of the prices and units, we decided the best option was to keep the previous unit and rent the new for additional space needed. I will forever be a customer at this location, all thanks to Maria’s help and professionalism.

Worst customer service ever. They will steal your stuff if their autopay system fails to process your payment. They will make minimal effort to contact you. Then proceed to rob your locker blind after just one missed payment. 1 email and 1 phone call is all they attempted before emptying the contents of our locker. My locker was on autopay on an account that always has money in it. No other bills failed to pay that month but U store it claims my auto pay failed. I would be very careful dealing with this place. I for one will never stop telling everyone I know never to use this place. We were customers for 6 years when this occurred never "missed" a payment before that.
