One of the worst storage experiences I've had — be very careful before renting here.**

I rented a unit online and realized *immediately* afterward that I had mistakenly rented from the wrong location — the same company has two locations just blocks apart. I called right away to explain the mix-up and asked if they could simply transfer my lease to the other location. They flat-out refused and told me there were **no refunds, period**, no matter the situation. Not a great first impression.

On top of that, there were **unexpected fees**. While they advertised a "half-off for the first two months" deal, I was hit with added admin charges and higher-than-expected insurance fees. They require insurance, which I understand, but the way it was added to my total felt sneaky.

I even visited the office to try and sort things out in person. Again, no help — just a shrug and a reminder that they don't issue refunds. The person I spoke with in the office was far from customer service–oriented and seemed genuinely uninterested in helping.

When she showed me the unit I had rented, I found **another issue**: the lease said the ceiling was 6 feet high (low, but manageable), but it was closer to **5 feet**, with a fire sprinkler hanging even lower — right in the center. Still, they wouldn’t consider a refund or let me switch.

To make matters worse, I was told I *had* to purchase a specific type of lock from them for **another \$20**. And apparently, if you don’t sign up for autopay, your access hours are **more restricted**. That just feels like another way to squeeze money out of people.

So now I’m stuck with this unit for a month — no flexibility, no concern for the customer. Once my month is up, I’m gone for good.

**Bottom line:** misleading ads, surprise fees, poor customer service, and zero willingness to work with you. Rent here at your own risk.

Iris was awesome! Very quick process was happy to see how central the location is. She went through all the plans with me and there were a lot of great options. You also have carts available for use at the storage area if needed for free, which is great.
