If your stuff passes through here at all, expect an extra day of waiting. If it passes through here on a Saturday, just give yourself peace of mind and distract yourself the rest of the weekend. Only ever seen a package slide quickly through here ONCE. Update : I ordered a new package and am uploading a pic to show that it can actually be worse. This is a CASSETTE!!

HORRIBLE SERVICES. THEY LOOSE PACKAGES ALL THE TIME, DO NOT UPDATE THE TRACKING, SIT ON PACKAGES FOR DAYS AND THEY'RE UPDATES ARE ALWAYS 12:00AM IN TRANSIT TO NEXT FACILITY. THE WORST CARRIER SERVICES IN THE WORLD! GOVERNMENT FUNDED ALWAYS TRASHY...

Worst experience here! Get ready to load your truck by yourself here. All working are acting like a boss. No one seems helpful. Checked in at 6:00 and gave me dock. Waited for someone to load and no one responded till 7:45. Asked one lady and rudely she said I need to go to the person whom I checked with while the lady I checked in was gone. I pray I never need to come back here on future

Truck Drivers, entrance is on NW 140th St, receiving by doors 12/13.
Expect to unstrap and move metal carts. If a box has shifted, they ask you to move it for them back onto the plastic pallet. They don't sign ppw and don't generally give you any of their process upfront, not very helpful.
Chock your wheels, have your keys with you, truck off, they assign the door. They'll want you to back up with the doors closed/seal on, when you're backing they'll stop you and ask you to come out to cut the seal and hand it to them. They have you stand inside in a boxed off yellow area while they unload you.
Otherwise they took about 30 min to unload so not bad on that.
Just your usual USPS.
Last thing to be aware of is the nasty attitude of the woman expeditor. Snapping her fingers and treating people like a dog

currently as of 02-25-24, the facility misplaced my brother's cremated ashes. the remains made to the center with tracking number and they lost it. . what a disgrace...

02-28-24... after repeated calls to consumer affairs, I was notified that they were located... still gets one star... but the lady who helped us at the Consumer affairs office was outstanding and she gets 5 stars for her persistence in locating the box...

they stated a agent picked up the package, the company was cr52, is that county road 52 as the state of florida said there is no company cr52, they stole my package

I’d give negative stars if I could. As other have said, it’s a black hold for packages. They sit there for days. I have some packages that come in after packages that were already there and get them first. Ridiculous. These people should be ashamed.
