This is my opinion I've been trucking over 35 years USFL INC has been very straightforward and stand up with me. My new truck drove very bad they spent 755.00 dollars at peterbilt and it still wasn't fixed. They deadhead me 260 miles to shop i recommended paid another 565 dollars for alignment and paid me to drive up there. My truck is fixed still have couple issues but the whole team has contacted me at some point to fix the problems. Guys and girls they are one best companies i have drove for since 2019 and trust me I have been through the ringer with lease purchase companies. I'm company driver here and plan on finishing out the few years I have left before I give the job to you youngsters. If they have any empty trucks then give them a shot to make you a happy trucker. They are good people not perfect but who is I'm sure not. Very happy for the opportunity they have gave me. I'm old man now they may fire me tomorrow but still would have only good things to say about the whole staff. Been very supportive with helping old man finish out his career. The dispatch would let you sit 3 to 4 hours after unloading. They wouldn't have your next load ready, so your time would run out. You couldn't get a hold of dispatch on the weekends either. Pay was good if they would keep you running. The biggest pet peeve about pay, if you don't take your truck and trailer back to the Chicago yard while on your 5 days off, they would hold a couple loads from your pay until you started rolling again. Once you start rolling the pay would come that next Monday. So if you came home on a Thursday to start your 5 days. That means you would roll again on Tuesday. Your pay that they held wouldn't come to the following monday. The equipment ran great and I didn't have maintenance issues. Hopes this helps your decision for working with this company.

If you want the Miles come here they can fix your log so you can keep running , they never do random drug testing so your safe and randy is always has beer in the shop so if you want a taste of old skool come here .

Just quit after 3 months because of their dispatch team.
1. No communication
2. They never call you for nothing
3. You can feel they are rude.
4. Promise me a conestoga never got it
5. Sometimes they were kind of nice lol
6. No after hours or weekend communication at all, I needed them on a Sunday and they replied YOU CALL THE BROKER 😂
And many other things i don’t like im sorry but you just lost a good driver that only wanted to be treated with respect and appreciated by everyone last Text from them was I was a faint hearted person, that’s what they think i am because im a responsible and very picky driver all you going to find out are drivers just like you, not calling for updates for days and not taking care of the equipment like me BYE
✌️im glad im not the only one here with bad reviews and not the only one with all the bad reviews all of you in us freight are very rude and never nice only at the hiring process thats it by the way they just replied to my review after 4 months. 😏 that’s good sign of good communication.

Love this company! Been driving 24 years now and I've been with a few trucking companys. Been with USFL since September and is definitely top 2️⃣ in my 24 years of driving. Dispatch and office personal are the best. Super friendly and always helpful.
