I always order from this site, and love the prices, variety, and convenience. Wait times are usually very reasonable, and the delivery drivers are polite and professional. My last order speaking from my purchase history was normal but the delivery was outstanding! Call it luck, timing or whatever. I received my order within 20 min. I know that's the exception and not the norm but it was much appreciated. Both the driver and I found it quite amusing. I will continue to use Urban Flavors and recommend it to others. Thank you.

Me n my husband both order from here and usually it's good even with the wait when we order at 11 am n get a 5 or 6 pm delivery... but the last time and today they canceled the order claiming they couldn't reach anyone but literally just texted and no one called.... then they tell you a delivery time after they stop answering calls or chats why do that and leave customers upset? They need an overview of their practices and their drivers.....

The girl handed me the bag and told me to sign the piece of paper 2 minutes later I looked in the bag and noticed the most expensive eighth missing... I reached out immediately and was told to email and somebody would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours, I will never be ordering from this dispensary again so they're basically getting away with stealing $20 from me. I'm sure they'll offer me a credit which means I'll have to buy something else to get my money back, seem shady. The weed is overpriced and crap, just go to packs dispensary in town.

Always very slow and they don't update the customer about deliverys. If you ask for an eta they will "guess" but they are consistently hours late or won't show up at all. Im not sure how they can function as a business if it's so consistently late/wrong on their estimates.
They will ask if you're available during their estimated delivery time and then just never show up and don't respect your time at all. I have tried this place multiple times and always the same terrible experience

Again, With another issue, I orders around 5pm and wated untill 11:27 pm for them to just cancel my order without notice claiming they called and i missed there call. I had to call THEM to even find out that my order had been canceled, LAST TIME! I wish i could give 0 stars...

Company tries to short discounts and add extra fees. Apparently they think 10% off an already 10% is 20%. They add additional gas charge. Drivers do not come to the door like other companies When trying to talk to Shan about it she just kept closing the chat.

If I could give 0 stars it would be even closer to my experience. They say they open at 6, but you won’t get your order delivered until noon, the customer service not named “Shan” will not assist you. Save yourself the frustration and go ANYWHERE else
