One star because there is not a lower score. Out of 12 boxes, 1 lost, 4 badly damaged, 2 more damaged, the rest sort of okay. We shipped from Tucson to Seattle for a trade show. UPS picked up our 12 boxes with a virtually empty semi. The driver stacked them in the front of the trailer, unsecured. I very much suspect that the damage was done between our home and the UPS freight terminal We had to buy new boxes for the return trip, that time we used large, heavy duty boxes, purchased from UPS, they were on a pallet which was shrink wrapped and metal banded, they still managed to rip a corner out of one of the boxes.

I ordered a set of tracks from con eq. Was promised 4 to 5 day shipping which has turned into a nine day shipping nightmare costing me lots of money why promise something you can’t deliver now my freight is sitting for five days in Tucson I called for will call and it could take another day before they call me back to make an appointment I was told my freight sitting in the truck ready for delivery 3 days from now. SMDH.

Very difficult to find. Not visible from Grant Rd. No signs. Must locate via address. Entry between two businesses with addresses on building. Good experience getting 2200 gal water holding tank loaded into my trailer.

They try to stay on top of there drivers. They have always fixed any problems that came. They come to my door, i live where people don't want to go.
