so ups/tforce doesnt seem to get it they park theyre trls on 55th ave as its theyre own property and makes it harder for everyone else to get in or out of the other businesses.. the street is too narrow for dropped trailers to be on it.

I am writing a review about tracking number 686675570. Our shipment arrived in phoenix as follows:

You have had our shipment of hardwood material for over 3 weeks. First you would not deliver, Then you told me you would deliver, and it would be on a trailer that would be dropped on location. Now the reason you are giving me is that YOU lost the order. We just need it delivered to Prescott AZ.

UPS is usually very reliable but the freight division is terrible. They had my package for 3 weeks and never called me to schedule delivery.

I had to go to their office to schedule with someone in person because they wouldn't answer the phone. They no showed on the delivery date and then transferred my package to another company.

I received my package a month late. The experience was a nightmare. I was in disbelief when I finally received it.

Was supposed to have a package teusday the 28th now, they scheduled a delivery over the phone for 10am to 2 pm today now they are saying it will not be delivered until the 4th of april. This is unacceptable, it is your job to fulfill the contracts you take on. If you can not deliver to an address then you should not have accepted delivery of a package too said address. My lawyers have already started paperwork. Packages worth thousands of dollars are not ok to be delivered at your discretion. Will no longer be using any ups services. Just as bad as fedex now.

TForce taking over UPS is horrible. They attempted multiple deliveries without scheduling. We have specific delivery windows so I told them we'd pick the order up instead. We can't pick up the order because they keep putting it on a truck for delivery. Today is the 4th time they tried to deliver and we had to turn them away again Nobody answers the phone and it's obvious they don't communicate with each other. I've been working in logistics for decades and I've never experienced so many failures from one company in a span of less than two weeks.

1. Don't read the notes and call to schedule
2. Don't stage the order for pickup when told it'll be picked up instead.
3. Keeps trying to deliver the order so if it's on a truck, we can't pick it up.
4. Provided a phone number for call back that nobody answers, but they confirmed it's their number.
5. Called main number multiple times to be transferred to Phoenix office, only to have nobody answer.

Never used UPS Freight before. Called to get a price quote and because I was a new shipper they told me all about first time shipper discounts. My quote went from $1100 down to $173. I thought great and made all the arrangements to have my shipment picked up. Driver arrived and to pick it up the next day and picked up my shipment and stated it was around 150 lbs. I said great as I declared 183 lbs, so I should be covered! Wrong, they sent me a bill for $550 more $ stating my shipment weighed in at 1070 lbs (should have been 170 lbs). I had labels on the packages from the manufacture stating what the weight was. They would not accept this. I contacted the manufacture and they stated the weight I used was correct. They would not accept this, after arguing with them for several months, they reduced the bill to $120, Thieves!!!!! Never again.

Lost a 2000lb pallet of tile and it's taken me 5 days of phone calls with no answer to where my missing tile is and when it will be delivered. Super poor customer service and tracking of their shipments. How do you lose a 2000lb item 1 of 5 pallets. They are clearly marked with the pallet 1 of 5, 2 of 5, etc. So how do you leave the dock with 2000lbs of your delivery missing. And then I've called 7 times each time they promise they will call me back and not once has anyone followed up with me.

Had a safe shipped through ups freight and all seemed well up until it was time for them to deliver. They called and scheduled a delivery date/time window which was great. The day came and no delivery. I called to check the status, and to my surprise the shipment was never sent out for delivery and no attempt to communicate this was made. It's not like people take off work to be there for delivery or anything... so I called the local terminal directly to actually get results. Took delivery and the ups guy was very helpful. I then unwrapped the safe for inspection and quickly found obvious damage. It became clear that the safe had been tipped over at some point during transport. Good thing I took before and after pics to clearly show the damages, now I have to jump through hoops to claim these damages. I've never written a review or felt so compelled to do so in my life until doing business with this company. I figured ups is a reputable company that specializes in this type of transport work... boy was I wrong! I will never use this garbage company for freight transport ever again.. lesson learned!
