The second time I'm here, no, they don't load early. Last time, I waited 4 hrs this time I waited 2 hrs. But the staff is super kind nice and respectful. No restrooms portable ones outside. No parking there people do park but then they block you from backing in to a loading dock. 5 stars for the kindness an respect.

My appointment was 1pm, coming 11:45.They was have braike from 11:30- 12:00. On 12:00 got check in,load very fast. 12:50 check out. Office &forklift drivers very nice.

Zero stars, if I could. This company lost an 80 inch bathroom vanity. And their customer service is an absolute joke. They outsource their calls and they are always "investigating" my complaint. If you have any say in it, don't ever use this company.
Update: after Wayfair resent another 80 inch vanity, Updike delivery showed up with TWO vanities. So the first one had just been sitting in their warehouse for 3 weeks.
Still giving zero stars.

No overnight parking on site
