Do not recommend this company. Scheduled a unit with them due to needing to clean out my home from damage due to Hurricane Helene. They would not respond back after this point. Texted and emailed several times over a 2 week period. Called the main number and they said someone would call me back that morning, this was 3 days ago. Still nothing. The unit was supposed to be delivered and no one called me back to reschedule or let me know what was going on. They really left me hanging during a time of need from a catastrophic hurricane. If you value your time, sanity and a company who actually cares, don't go with this one.

UNITS IS GREAT!
We made the mistake of trying to use PODS first until we found UNITS moving and portable storage and I’m so glad we did. UNITS customer service is excellent. I specifically want to mention the people we worked with. First, Alexis handled signing up and made me feel at ease with all the paperwork and explained everything thoroughly. Steve, dropped the unit off and was very professional and efficient. Both their efforts made this process stress free. This will be our go to for any future moving and storage needs. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

So pleased with the professional services I’ve received from UNITS! Alexis is always pleasant and helpful! Looked to find my best solution and deal. Stephen my delivery guy has also been great! Very personal and friendly!Delivering it Exactly where I wanted to placed, leveling it and making sure everything was the way I wanted it. Delivered and placed on site, again exactly where and how I wanted it. No damage to any contents inside.
I hope I don’t have to move again, but if I do I will definitely use UNITS again!

Wow! What a great experience. We were out of our house for a few months and needed a storage unit to hold our things while not in the home. We used UNITS and everyone was so kind and communication was perfect. Our dates for pickup, drop off, length of storage fluctuated due to various issues with our home and the team at UNITS were always accommodating. Tess is the perfect point person for this company. Her demeanor was always pleasant and she was always there to help answer any questions. Thank you for being the one part of our home storage that was perfect! Will recommend for anyone in the Bay Area and if the time comes, will DEFINITELY use services again.

I used UNITS to store things for three months. The staff was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. Tess was wonderful. She went over my options and I did not even know that i could leave it on my property(if your home area approves of this). I did this and I had easy access to move and remove things. The UNIT was clean. The delivery was exceptional. The driver insanely nice. I thought the price was reasonable. Scott was wonderful. I am very pleased with the whole transaction. I would recommend this company. In fact, I am going to recommend them to a friend that I know that could use their services. This is a very professional family business. They aim to please. I am very satisfied with this company.

Stop your search! You have found the company you are looking for! I can't say enough positive things about UNITS of Tampa. First-the unit was delivered to my home exactly on time and was in impeccable condition. You might expect that. What you may not expect is how they went above and beyond during hurricane Ian. I called and not only did they agree to pick up, store and redeliver my unit--but they did it for no charge at all! They were such a voice of compassion and help in the midst of trying to pack our home up and evacuate. I can't stress enough what a professional and responsive company this is when it comes to meeting your storage needs. Thank you UNITS of Tampa for everything!
