First off, let's be brutally honest here: The folks giving this place one or two stars...are either on crack, delusional, or criminally insane...best guess is probably all three.

Since my wife and I moved here from NJ two years ago, we have been to this location probably 50 times. And every single visit, every employee has been kind, patient and friendly. Every one of them. I cannot imagine any scenario where they would be rude and condescending to a customer. I just don't see it. I haven't seen it. Ever. I imagine working at a post office require Hall of Fame restraint.

The STV Post Office gets an additional 5 stars for they way they respond to those clueless bozos with their misguided reviews. They tell it the way it is, how it really went down, and you're more than welcome review the HD video footage, along with Dolby surround sound audio. "Now when would you like to come by and review the footage together?"

I just love love how they stand behind their employees (as every employer should) and take no BS--none... from people who are obviously more upset with their standing in life than at this group of hard workers.

Love this PO and will happily return when I need to. Even if it means standing out in the heat for 50 seconds without an awning a previous poster implied the employees should build for such events. I mean, who knew AZ was hot. So, thank you, STV PO for the great job you do. You guys rock!!

I needed a package to get to my son before he deploys. I told the male employee I was willing to pay to make sure but he assured me it wasn't necessary and would get to him in plenty of time. I trusted his experience and expertise. It is now 3 days past the date he said it would be to my son and he leaves tomorrow. I trusted your employees expertise and he made a grave and costly mistake that I know the employee cares nothing about because it doesn't effect him in the least but it is utterly devastating to me. I'm leaving this review so no other customer will trust anything any employee at this location says. They are flippant with their words because at the end of the day it doesn't effect them personally so they just don't care about how much their words can impact someone. Heartless! Cruel! No empathy!

Great team here! They handle a ton of business for San Tan Valley. They are always very friendly when I come in (I'm a regular...haha!) to drop off my packages.

Well this office is small so to comply to social distancing we are made to wait outside in the direct sun until a customer comes out. If your going to comply so strictly to the social distancing... Maybe you could work faster, bc your the only one here every time, and it takes FOREVER. Consider us that want to use your business but are standing in direct sun in 102 degree heat. Put up some shade or misters for real....

EDIT TO ADD: the response to this review from this office is false— which can also be seen since they have parroted variations of the same excuse to others. Are we genuinely shocked that they have poor reviews?

There’s always something with this post office. I’ve gone before and straight up had the gal at the front be rude when I’ve asked if I could use tape, to which they’ve responded “now why would we provide that” (you’d think the worst they could say is no but clearly not). They don’t accept barcodes, as I brought a package in and the gal at the front says “well if you would of looked at our sign we don’t do those” as she goes to point to the sign, she says “well I don’t know where it went but we’re not doing that” because the sign wasn’t displayed/not in the place she thought. I have had a package dropped off before that they’ve lost before it even got scanned by them, and just the overall place is dingy and unhelpful. I tried calling a few times the past week or so and they don’t answer the phone anyways even if I wanted to confirm what services they DO offer. What a waste.

I came to this Post Office because it was the closest to my house. I arrived with a package that was taped , sealed and ready to ship just needed the Post Office to print out my shipping label which was already prepaid by the purchaser after buying an item from me off the internet. I was told that they were not set up to print out my shipping label for me. What kind of Post Office can't print out shipping labels? I asked if I could even email it to her and have her print it out that way and she told me no as well. I ship a lot of items using the Post Office , and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Disappointing to say the least.
