I've had the pleasure of working with Vini Joy and his team of excellent sub-contractors on a client's project over the last year. They are some of the best contractors I've ever worked with in ~25yrs. Vini is patient, an excellent scheduler and a creative problem solver. One of the most important things to me is he and the people he has brought into the home have the utmost respect for each other. That tells me that Vini is highly respected by his peers. He even coordinated a small landscape project that included irrigation, lighting, pavers and plants and now everything is perfect inside and outside of my clients home. The clients and I couldn't be happier with the end results.

Vini and his team are the best in the business! We have lots of experience with many different construction projects and contractors, but thankfully we have found the BEST with Vini & Uni-Struct! We met him when we did some seismic retrofitting, and then were so relieved to have him help us with our home remodel. He is dedicated, experienced, honest & stays calm in every moment. He made what could have been a very stressful home remodel into a wonderful & exciting experience! He kept us in the loop, gave us lots of lead time to make decisions, and gave us direction to find what we were looking for! He stayed on timeline and on budget! His crew is so polite that I was sad to see them go! The job site was always clean and Vini was always available to answer all of our questions. Consider yourself lucky if Vini does your work!

Vini Joy and his team were incredibly professional and did the best work on our home. We are very satisfied with the french drains we had put in surrounding our home. They worked relentlessly to complete work before the storms started so we weren't flooded.
They worked on various projects on our home for over a month. We were always in the know-how of the progress being made. All our concerns were addressed and answered in timely manner.

Overall, The quality of their work and cleanup is excellent. We look forward to working with uni-struct again.

I had a drainage issue that required new drainage and new patio and new stucco and paint to my house. Uni-Struct was amazing. The work was done professionally and on time and budget. The team practiced all COVID protocols. Vini is wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them for home remodel projects.
