We picked up a few flex tubes for our bathroom in Sacramento, while we were over there so we didn't have to come over the bridge in Marysville. They didn't fit, we wanted to exchange for the right one here and we had the receipt, they would not exchange or refund, that we would have to drive all the way to Sac to get a refund or exchange and said it's their policy! We come here all the time, but no more! That is ridiculous! See ya Ace, you lost another customer.

Great local gun store! I go here to buy ammo in bulk.

Huge selection on shotguns. They also have great selections on rifles and handguns. The store is big on hunting. So get all your hunting ammunition, guns, clothing, waders, and liscenses here.

They have a good amount of sale promotions on guns, ammo, and clothing through out the year, so follow them on social media.

If you have any questions be sure to ask for Daniel. He will answer all your questions about guns, ammo and more.

WARNING! CAREFUL ON EXITING THE STORE! You will run into the automatic door if you're not paying attention.

I have bought a couple guns here and find the staff of that part of the store knowledgeable and pleasant, great pricing too. One star earned by the woman behind tbe counter today who snapped at me tp leave my backpack behind the counter. If that's the way staff are going to talk to customers I'll just go elsewhere. Completely ruined the small town cozy charm of the store and there are many other similar stores in town.

Paint thinner was on sale $8.99 a quart vs $13.99 elsewhere. Very friendly, old school hardware store. Ace is the place!

Great selection and a fun place to look around. They have a large selection of fishing stuff from Simms, a huge selection of Benchmade knives, and a great gun selection in addition to all of the hardware.

The problem is, despite the "hi, may I help you find anything" at the front door, it's impossible to get any help here. All of the staff is behind the gun counter.

I went to this Ace to see their knives. I saw some I liked in the case and was ready to buy that day, if I could only get someone to help me. There were a bunch of people waiting at the gun counter and I didn't want to wait all day for help on that side (the knives are in a different section.) So I left and returned the next day and It was the same story as the day before. I went to the person at the front of the store and asked if he could find someone to help me with the knives. I waited and waited....no luck.

So I went to Bass Pro Shops and bought there.I know, it's only a $200 sale vs a $1000 gun, but this shop needs to reevaluate or just turn into a gun store.
