Ulta is the only place I go to get my brows done! Not just this location either everyone I have been to gets it right. The ladies working at this location were top notch!!! I really love this store, the only complaint I have is that every time I buy a womens perfume that comes with a gift they give out small tiny samples instead of a real gift.
Reason why I started ordering online instead. I really hope they can fix that issue.

2 years after my previous review they still don’t give the gifts that comes with the perfumes, I’m pretty sure they keep them with them instead of giving them to the customer.

I really love shopping here. The employees are friendly and helpful and not annoying. They answer any questions you have and then leave you alone to look around. They have testers for everything so you can try it before you buy and they also will return anything if you get it home and decide you don't like it as long as you have a receipt which I think is very cool because makeup is expensive and sometimes you can't really tell how it's gonna look until you get home so it's nice not having to worry about wasting your money.

One of the nicest Ulta's I have ever experienced, the staff are all very knowledgeable and super sweet. The selection at this store is smaller than most but that is to be expected as the store is small itself for an Ulta but that does not take away from the family like atmosphere that I have while here.

I reported their general manager Michelle to corporate because she was beyond rude and condescending when my hair was ruined by a stylist named malene. She turned everything around on me like it's my fault the woman messed up my hair. I went in for a root touch up and she turned my perfectly platinum hair grey!!!Grey!!!! And left my roots neon orange. Michelle tried to say that it's normal....it's normal for woman to leave a Salon with Grey hair and neon orange roots!?! She fought everything I said and stood up for her employee to the point she said I'm not freaking dealing with this and hung up on me!!!! Worst customer service experience EVER. She told me i was lying about the pricing i received which i can obviously proove from my ulta account and reciepts. I expressed that my hair wasn't even trimmed in the front or my layers only the bottom of my hair and her response was " well did she pick up scissors and cut your hair!!!! Then you got a haircut!!! She was very loud and agressive with her words. She had the attitude that im annoying her because im unhappy with my neone orange and grey hair that her employee is responsible for. I was supposed to have a salon manager call me today and I waited all day, because I can't walk around qith hair like this. I informed her yesterday an ulta employee took my info for the salon manager to call and figure out a solution and that no one ever called for a resolution. Michelle's response was she is on vacation, like it's my problem and I'm annoying her qith this information. Why would an employee schedule for her to call me the next day if she isn't even in town. I made it clear I have events this weekend and I need to have this issue resolved now. Michelle of course got angry that I voiced my irritation at being told to wait for this call all day which I did and Noone called. Ya know it's my fault right!?! On top of that another Manger could see that my hair was a mess when checking out and that I was visibly upset and did not bother to ask how my experience was, is there something wrong, NOTHING. (She is always nice and helpful though.)Michelle's response to the lack of customer service is that her employees aren't mind readers. She very very rudely let me know that. I'm appalled at the horrible service of this location. I felt completely unheard and as a woman we take our hair serious. Michelle decided and vocalized that "im done with this (muffled wording) I'm not dealing with this!" and then slammed the phone down hanging up ending the phone call. Absolutely the worst customer service! So what about my hair? rude, mean, careless, unprofessional, impatient, condescending, arrogant, disrespectful and definitely couldn't care less about customer satisfaction espwcially mine. We live in a very small town and I shop at ulta weekly but now I feel uncomfortable after being attacked for trying to have my hair fixed. Michelle simply does not care about me, a customer that trusted Ulta Salon and PAID $92 for a root touch up (my roots weren't even 2cm BTW) that is flaming orange. My white hair is now GREY. And I paid $39 for an incomplete hair cut and has no interest in resolving this mess her stylist made of my hair. Just doesn't care that I'm a very unsatisfied customer.... I found people at Ulta that do. Their corporate office. I have filed a complaint about my experience with Michelle and will provide them with a copy of the phone call because as she increased her attitude I knew I needed to protect myself. The customer service agent was caring and very concerned and quite shocked that I was treated this way. Which I am as well. This is a huge disappointment. I love Ulta but the general manager at the Vernal location is definitely not fit for this position and i feel uncomfortable shopping at this location. Maybe anger management classes and training on communication as well as actually learning to care about customer service could help her.
