Best Uhaul location in Tucson with a variety of trucks and vans available. Easy to get to with amazing staff. Writing this review because we made an online reservation for a van and I called to confirm that it was on the lot. My call went to voicemail so I hung up without leaving a message. Three minutes later, an employee was calling me back, asking how they could help. That's incredible service! She confirmed my van was on the lot and ready to go. Great experience when we picked up and returned the van. Thank you!

Kyle and his team were wonderful. They were sympathetic to my situation and when all the belongings were removed, I received an auto generated email receipt. I thought something was wrong, so I called the store and Kyle got on the phone and let me know the units were vacated and cleaned. They were so helpful and friendly!!

This location is by far the best location we have ever been too. We always have friendly customer service and their trucks are in very good condition too. Nahid helped us today and was extremely friendly and so helpful with our questions. She is excellent at her job. Thank you Nahid!

Kyle W went above & beyond customer service in ensuring the trailer i rented was properly set up when he noticed the flat 4 connector needed a quick repair. i would STRONGLY recommend dealing with Kyle W at the Marana location. I will return for sure after the courteous and professional service provide by Kyle W on 10/11/24! A+++

Excellent service and really helpful people. Gary and Kevin are the best. I hurt my back while moving, and these guys went above and beyond customer service to help me with my trailer rental and storage unit. I highly recommend this business and will always rent trailers from here.

Walked in over the weekend and they didn’t have the wiring harness for my car! They called another UHaul that did so I went to pick it up! Called back to the North Tucson location for an install and was told to bring the car by on Wednesday at 8am. I show up and lo and behold no reservation ?. HOWEVER Kyle was extremely busy and was able to do the job on the spot! Kyle was very accommodating and friendly! Because of his help and consideration I will always come back to this location for my U-Haul needs.

Very unprofessional! I called on Aug 5th and made a reservation for a 20ft truck. I was told one would be on hold for me at that location and when I offered my credit card I was told they would get when I get there in the morning of Aug 10th. Well its a good thing I called the morning of the 10th before I drove down because I was told they didn't have my truck and I would have to go to another location! When I asked why, I was told that they should have told me that of the time of the reservation but it was never mentioned. I then had to drive to a completely different location out of the way but they were very helpful and got me the truck I needed and were very professional. Do yourself a favor and don't use this location go to location at 4655 N Oracle Rd if you want a pleasant and friendly experience.

Pricing for the units are expensive and overpriced. My monthly rates kept increasing so I decided to cancel my storage rental and look for a new storage facility. I went to the new Public Storage on Silverbell and got a newer unit, same size with climate control for a third of the price and five miles closer to my house. On the day of move out, inside floors were dirty and the auto sliding door did not work to building C south. Overall, it was not bad having storage there other than the pricing.
