Reserved a box truck to find out 3 hours before my flight along with a booked hotel. They canceled our reservation hours before even though we booked days earlier. THEY could have called sooner. Now we are out a 400 dollar plane ticket and $200 hotel room and the equipment we were supposed to pick up. You would think a national chain could do better .

I was very impressed with the services, the facility and friendliness of the staff.

This is the best run business I've been to in a longtime.

I cannot stress enough how well run this particular place is.

They offer a variety of services. I had a trailer hitch installed. My storage room looked brand new and was climate controlled. There were multiple pieces of moving equipment available to use for free.

Honestly too much to write- it's easier to come see for yourself. Bottom line they offer many services and it's a pleasure to do business with them.

David Brasier and Stephen Walter's really saved our Bacon.

We recently inherited a travel trailer and wanted to take it out on our first voyage.

When we rolled into U-Haul to get our propain tank filled David notice out trailer wasn't level and brought it to our attention.

David asked Stephen if he would take a look which did and as they suspected we did not hove the hitch set to the proper level.

While Stephen disconnected our trailer to make the needed adjustments David did a 100% once over of the trailer operation after we told him we were new to hauling a travel trailer.

At the end they wanted nothing for there time. They were both just happy to help.

Great guys, great service, and can't thank them enough....

You have to improve the customer service . If someone has reserved something you cannot say it’s not available at last hour . I had bad experience and end paying more money and had more stress . I wish you make better transactions in future .

I have three reasons for writing this review:
1. because Logan, the installation technician provided excellent customer service and stayed an hour late to help me get a hitch on my vehicle while I was in town from the bush.
2. Because I have had multiple good experiences at this store.
3. When I returned today to give Logan a tip and share my appreciation with the GM, I heard about a negative google review from the day before. This staff was concerned whether it was directed toward their store or the other Fairbanks location. It's important to share that this store showed great staff communication & customer service. I hope this resolves the concern. Thank you. I'll see ya next time.

Can't ask for much more. I work at a local automotive shop and we had to move a toolbox on a Saturday. Was in and out with the working equipment I needed in minutes. Dropping off after use was just as easy and the price was more than reasonable. Highly recommend.

Everyone there has always been friendly, however, the last 2 reservations my U-Haul was covered in snow and not warmed up even though I arrived at the start of my appointment. I did not have anything to get the snow off (no brush in U-Haul) so I had to use my hands. Ironically, there was another individual that arrived a few minutes after me yet their U-Haul was pulled up front, snow removed and warming up. My U-Haul was parked up by the highway and the only reason I didn't walk back in was I was in a rush to get to my destination before close.
