Really disappointed. Last time I bought boxes, a female worker offered to help me load them but I had 2 guys with me to help so I didn't need it. Today, I sent my daughter to get 20 mediums and she was not offered any help. The guy, Porter, just pointed to them and said there you go. Didn't offer a cart or anything to help her. She's just over 5ft tall so while they weren't terribly heavy, they were hard to carry because of the shape. Her arms aren't long enough. He's no gentleman, that's for sure. Boss needs to train better.

The Richfield storage facility was awesome. They were courteous, respectful and super helpful. The process to rent both a unit or a vehicle was fast and painless. The convenience of being able to move our stuff just beyond what other companies consider a local move with in the state was amazing. I wish I had just gone with U-Haul from the start, the other company is a big disappointment. Highly recommended.

They definitely know how to provide amazing customer service. I've never had an issue with them and don't ever plan to. Fast and easy renting every time at this location.

Update: Disappointed with the number of roaches in the storage units. People must be storing things they aren't supposed to be here. But it still affects us and is a bit frustrating that it wasn't disclosed prior to signing up.
