Natasha absolutely saved our moving plans when another company (Budget Truck Rentals) cancelled on us at the last minute. We walked in there with no reservation on a very busy Saturday and walked out with a perfect solution about 10 minutes later. She was so kind, understanding, and efficient. Usually renting vehicles is a hassle, but Natasha made the process so much better. 10/10 customer service.

Pickup process was reasonable. Truck was in good condition and worked well. But check-in took forever. There seemed to be only one employee on shift trying to help all customers. I waited 20 minutes, and the employee never even acknowledged me or said, “I’m sorry for the delay; I’ll be with you soon.” He ignored me. Eventually, after I asserted myself, he instructed me to just leave the key and said he would handle the check-in later. I’m leaving a Google review because UHaul’s own review submission page does not invite any negative feedback. It just asks “What did you like about your experience?” Then it’s, “Thanks, submitted.” They don’t want to know what I did NOT like?

Chad help me and he was so rude Came to u Hal at 7:40 and we told the person at the counter that we returning the u hail only had it for maybe 3 to 4 hours The guy told us to wait. They’ll get to it when they do. We went back inside at 7:55 And the guy told us that they didn’t even know that we were returning the U-Haul and he had a big attitude about it

Rafael helped me out. Rafael helped make this a good experience. Compared to other Uhaul locations, I haven't found a location that is better priced than this one. They have a bunch of useful moving tools there to help you get set up. I have never had these people try to steal money from me by nitpicking the equipment after I have turned it in. At another location, there was a dolly in the back of the car, and blankets, and there was a little piece of plastic that you could break if you wanted to use the dolly or blankets. That other location broke both of those plastic seals to try to charge me for using a dolly and blanket when I hadn't used either. This location has never tried to do anything like that. I have only ever had a good experience here, and I have used this location several times for renting trucks and trailers. Rafael helped make the last trip good.

This review is for Gabe, for doing the OEM hitch and wire installation on our 2023 Toyota RAV4 Prime XSE with premium package aka a rear bumper kick sensor. He was very attentive, a great listener, and receptive to what I wanted and needed to get done. Two Toyota service centers and 3 self proclaimed “professional hitch installers” all refused or could not get this job done!!!!

This was a learning curve for me and for Gabe but he was great through the entire process and really took what I said and wanted and not only made it happen but made it better. He can troubleshoot and think freely, he is not constrained to the limitations like those other shops who all said no to doing the install because they did not have a set of directions to follow. I mentioned possibly relocating the 4pin hitch wire harness and gave him free reign to install it how he saw fit. I was 100% happy with what he came up with which honestly Toyota should adapt to their own install methods and service instructions ❤️.

My only small concern in the back of my mind, which Gabe pointed out to me. The cut out for the receiver is a tad bit larger than it needs to be so I suppose the potential for road salts getting up there is a possibility but at this point I am not sure how much better of a job the Toyota dealership would have done if they had been using the template which was printed double sided on the same piece of paper🙈. He did offer to replace the bumper and make a new cut closer in.. I was happy and will see how things work as is for now.

If I could give no stars or minus 5 stars I would I've been using Uhaul on wall ave. For years. And never I have I ever been treated so rudely or witnessed so much incoppedace first I Spelled my Name 4 times it's an unusual name I understand that's why I'm familiar with people not being able to spell it it's Nanette with a N like in Nancy N A N E T T E last name Allen they couldn't find my reservation even though I showed them the email I received confirming my reservation. I showed them my drivers license with my name visible. Still all 3 people there helping told me the unit that I reserved wasn't available even though I was the first person there when they opened. I purchased a unit that wasn't large enough I called to see if there was another unit near the one I had purchased 5 minutes ago I live 5 minutes away they put me on hold an never came back. I called Alamo storage found a unit size I needed was able to purchase it online and reservation without even driving there..I drove back to uhaul asked for my money back and was refused I called filed a complaint and finally got my money back I'll never use uhaul on wall ever again I was never treated so rudely and ignored I'll tell everyone I know don't use Uhaul on wall I'm a 65 year old who was being illegally evicted from my home in winter with no heat and no electricity. They Spelled my Name wrong on my receipt and also my emergency contact even though I Spelled that too Kent KEN,T The woman there said it wasn't me but it was she was the one I gave my Drivers license to. When I got frustrated by standing there for an hour and told them I needed to sit down as I have rheumatoid arthritis they laughed at me making me feel very self conscious in front of many customers I'll never you them again ever!!
