Experience With online service. Initially had a problem with the store when going in on Sunday, both rooms had locks on them, and had to return on Monday; one was paid for already from my daughter. I then had to do the online and pay again. However couldn’t move in because it’s closes at ten. My daughter’s contract had 24 hours and I didn’t know; this was not added to my contract it was done online so couldn’t access. So had to cancel and redo the next day. I was taken care of from Antonio yesterday Monday and again by Xavier and Jose the GM today, Tuesday. Thank you to these 3 people who listened and followed through. Now I can say I’m fully satisfied!

I was helped by Antonio at the 43rd Ave and southern location around 5:30 pm on 1/30/2025. He was extremely polite, friendly, and very helpful. He was patient since it was my first time going through the process and he answered all my questions with confidence and was knowledgeable about the process. I got a storage unit and truck reserved for use by Antonio. I 100 percent will be using this service in the future thanks to Antonio!

I have been a customer for 3 years with 4 storages. For the most part “Uhual” has shown some integrity. This location has some amazing employees. Including “Jose” their manager. They all have compassion for the customer no matter the situation. Employees Antione & Antonio has always looked out for me. When it comes to their job they stand on business. I’m departing as an happy customer.

In general it's great service and trucks but very confused with the check-in process. Although checked in there is no way to get the truck without someone servicing you.

Horrible customer service. I called on 3/31 around 3 PM and whatever person who answered working the counter sounded very annoyed and not helpful at all. This person immediately put me on hold with dead air for 20+ minutes, did not check in once at all. Just horrible customer service. This person does not belong in any customer service based business.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent rental experience at your location. While I have always had positive experiences with U-Haul, this time was an exception.

Firstly, the fuel level in the truck was lower than reported at the time of pick-up. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it to my destination without the gas light coming on, which was unexpected and added stress to my trip.

Secondly, I had originally requested a specific truck size that would have been perfect for my needs. However, the employee on-site strongly recommended a much larger truck, which was over three times the size I needed. This added unnecessary cost and difficulty in handling a vehicle much bigger than what my move required.

I hope these issues can be addressed to ensure a smoother experience for future customers.
