Terrible experience. First, I uploaded all of my info online and was supposed to "walk through" the pickup process. HA! They didn't have half of the info I provided so I had to go through everything again. Then they leave it up to you to check the vehicle for damages from the prior renter and take pics of all dents and scratches so that I wouldn't be blamed. Why in the heck do I have to do that?!?! I was also supposed to take a pic of the license plate on the U-haul app but it wouldn't work so I was told to "Use your phone and make sure their is a time stamp on the pic so we know you are returning the same truck." Unbelievable. The customer service is nonexistent.
The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 was that the truck was pretty nice.
Do yourself a favor and borrow a friends truck. I will never go through that process again.

Manager Kelly was obviously miserable, gave us attitude over trying to return a TV box. My boyfriend works for a moving company, his boss buys the boxes and he returns them when they're done with the job. Done it dozens of times, there was no reason for the manager to give us a nasty attitude. Thankfully the man at the desk we initially talked to was nice, great customer service. Kelly should learn some of that.

The manager Kelly has no clue how to manage a business. I rented a storage unit for a rescue i had. I gave the rescue over to someone else 18 months ago. Kelly called me numerous times while I was at work asking me to make a payment as the unit was behind. I explained to her i have not been on as owner, contact the new owner. She did and they refused to call her back. She insisted it was my responsibility. I went in to settle the matter in person saying I would like to see what was in the unit. Previously she had told me I would need to wait for it to go up for auction and she had no idea when that would be. The day I showed up in the store she said I could have the lock cut off for $40, what happened to the auction? We were on our way to cut the lock off, but the floors were being waxed and she told me to come back in the morning. 30 minutes later I receive a call from her that the owner had come in and paid!!¡! You can't make this up. Does she have any clue at all what she is doing? I will rent from Pensky moving forward and make sure all my friends know how incompetent the Chippewa Beaver Falls store is.

Good move to rent the truck. Highly recommend checking mileage BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE LOT. Ours was NOT correct. We were able to upload a photo of the correct mileage to the vehicle inspection link. Very easy.. checkout took about 30 minutes though.

We were charged for equipment we didn't use. We were also charged for fuel that we already replaced. This is our second experience with this location. This time the staff wasn't as friendly as the first time and we were overcharged. Disappointed.

My mother made a reservation online for a storage space at this location. This was to be used by members of our family. When she showed up at the location on the day of the reservation, we learned from an employee that the manager, Kelly, had given away our reserved storage unit to a walk-in customer earlier that day. We were offered no explanation as to why this happened, and were given no other options that matched the price of the room which we reserved online through the U-Haul website. The manager was clearly at fault, and nothing was done to make it right. I can't recommend that anyone attempt a reservation at this location, as you might show up, and find that it wasn't reserved for you after all. Terrible experience.
