It took a while to get, but I did get great help. They were very understanding. Unlike when you call and you get somebody who doesn't understand English well. Who also does it understand the Illinois gives you a paper license when it's time to renew it

Waste of time. Make sure you put the pin # in and keep your acceptance rate up or be deactivated. Don't bother coming here they literally try nothing to help keep your platform actived. Blaming us drivers for incomplete orders when actually we work hard to make sure orders are on time and have the best customer service. Record every order and get a dash cam.

I was charged for 2 rides I didn’t even take, even after I canceled and told customer service I never took the ride. NO REFUND! The drivers are acting as if they picked the rider up and will start the trip until you cancel it . The Driver gets their money and you lose yours! That’s $40 in total I have lost. First happened on 11/22/24 then again on 11/23/24 . They will tell you since the driver already started the ride it’s nothing they can do. And You can’t talk to a live person over the phone, only through the app

Drivers are the backbone of uber, meaning without us there's no uber .For me to get a sticker this I have to wait in line for 30 minutes even though I let them know, I am her for a sticker. No respect for the money maker's " drivers".

Everyone seems knowledgeable and professional. Quick tips: Make an appointment if possible it'll make everything so much faster. With an appointment you can check in on the uber driver app, as you park and just walk straight back to the seating. Someone may stop you but just let them know you have an appointment and have already checked in via the app. I was in and out in 15 minutes with an appointment

I have an uber eats account and, work for Tower EV (which pays me by hr). I was trying to do rides and, on set up my account was blocked because they say I am doing fraud. The guy at the counter says it’s up to a 2 week wait to get an apeal response. Excuse me I work for tower ev for a patial part of 2024 5 stars 🌟my shift starts in a few hours and, can’t log on 😕

The only thing good about the Uber hub is that I don't have to go there. When I did I was treated like garbage. I'm a 4.97 driver it means nothing to them so I take pictures in between rideds take a look. Try calling customer support multiple times they don't even speak English half the time. I've been to the hub 5 times every time I've been there they've had an issue with fixing the problems. Are not equipped and/or informed enough to know what the drivers going through. This is Ubers problem. I wish I had something nice to say but it's just not there.
