Had 18:00 pick up app. Showed up at 17:30, everything was going smoothly till Mr security saying my fuel guage less than 3/4 I told him I've 75 gallon tank he said doesn't matter (size matters) this guy's I'm talking about management doesn't know math security is doing what his told. He made me u turn and get fuel I put 20 gallons comeback so here is my point 75-20=55 that means if I had small tank i had full tank but who I'm trying to tell check your guage before show up here.

I had a load from Tyson, MO to Tyson, PA, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had in trucking. I picked up the load from Tyson, MO on Wednesday and arrived at the Tyson PA facility on Friday at 8:00 AM. They told me to drop my trailer and wait. By Saturday at 3:35 AM, I received a call saying the load was on hold because the trailer smells like some chemicals. They couldn’t make a final decision right away.

Finally, by Sunday noon, they decided to reject the load. I had to leave the warehouse and wait for Tyson’s claims department to decide what to do. By Monday noon, they requested the reefer unit report. I went to a dealership, got the report, and sent it to them.

After a 5-hour wait, they informed me I had to return the load to Tyson, MO. They assured me it would be unloaded as soon as I arrived. I reached MO on Tuesday at 9:20 PM, but as of now, it’s 11:30 AM the next day, and the trailer still hasn’t been unloaded. My trailer on -5 for 8 days now !!!
And i had my reefer washed out at blue beacon KS and we sent that receipt to them .
So if you are owner operator please do don’t ever take load to Tyson as this my last time here I wish if i could give them - starts

I know it is Dec 23 2024 but it feels like Groundhog Day. We got here at 4:30 yesterday for a 6 pm load to be delivered 10 am today. Well at 11:30 last night we went to the office to find out when load would be ready. Guess what....we just found your paperwork in the drop bin. SORRY we will have your trailer loaded ASAP. NOPE...8 am we call and it was not finished. Spoke to our dispatcher, and when they called 30 min before it was supposed to be delivered in Maine, we would have had to hold that load til after Xmas. NO WAY...4 days spent on this load cuz they screwed up!?! So we get another load out if here and it is after 6 pm and they still have not moved our "hot load" trailer to the dock. This place is HORRIBLE!!! Apologies only go so far and this cuts into our ability to make a living. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY!!!! LEAVE LOADS TO THEIR DRIVERS!!!!

I had A.
10 o'clock appointment last night because I took my 10 hour break and told them that they did not load my trailer last night. Which is not right if you have an appointment. It doesn't matter if I have to take my 10 hour break. You should still unload my trailer. That is not right because of that Tyson. I'm going to be late for my next pick up. Thanks a lot.I hope I never come to your facilities again

Every time I come here it's a 4 to 5 hr unload todayI came in at 1300 for a 1400 appointment. I sat waiting for a door for an hour and 47 minutes past my appointment time and watched 6 other truck go into empty doors that arrived after I did. It is now 1830and I'm still waiting to get unloaded we deliver here a lot and it's really free to have to put up with this disrespect these doors were empty most of the time while I was waiting for a door.
Final tally
Check in at gate 1302
Check in at office 1312

APP: 11:30AM / Check in: 4PM (1 day early) / Out: 5:45
Check in at guard shack, park in front of receiving to get the assignment door. Backup, door closed, tandems all way to the back, disconnect and park at bobtail area. Wait for the call when done. Friendly crew and enough room for maneuvers. Fast unloading.

This is the worst facility in the US, do not recommend anyone to work with them. I arrived at unloading at 19 and still waiting, the time is already 14 and they have not started unloading my trailer yet. I will never come to this place again, I don't recommend it to anyone. Be safe and value your time.

Minus the time it takes for you to get through the gate this place is not bad. Live load/unloading times are average. Drop n hook your n and out if there's a older guy at the gate he moves a bit slow takes about 15 to 20mins per truck to get through the gate. Other than that these are pretty nice people. Slide your tandems before you get to the gate and have a high vis. Vest on.
