Excellent visit with an excellent practitioner. Visit was efficient with minimal wait. I was post-op from ankle replacement & other procedures by Dr. C. Jones (great doc!) & Tyler reviewed my ankle X-rays (which looked awesome) & explained the next steps in my post-op course. He is exceedingly friendly & helpful. Takes the time to answer any & all questions you might have. He's very knowledgeable & experienced in this field as well. Even scheduled my next appointment @ a more convenient time & office location for me! I highly recommend him, thanks Tyler!

I could not be more pleased with the care I received from Tyler Anderson and the entire staff at Ortho Carolina's foot and ankle institute. Tyler @OrthoCarolina was excellent! I had the misfortune of fracturing my foot. He came in exuding positivity! He was extremely knowledgeable, thoroughly explained my injury and what was needed for it to heal. Not only did I have an incredible experience, I had a very comfortable experience because Tyler explained everything in a very down-to-earth manner that made it easy for me to understand. I was also presented options instead of him insisting on a certain process. That made me feel like my involvement mattered and I could participate in the outcome and do what was best for me as an individual.
Also, the staff at the reception desk and check out desk were wonderful. The associate at check-out was particularly kind and explained that I did not owe an additional fee for my orthopedic shoe, as I was told. I was so grateful for her catching that error immediately and for her explanation and warm goodbye.
This was my first visit to OrthoCarolina and I highly recommend it. Now I know why they have the reputation of being the best! Thank you, Tyler Anderson & @OrthoCarolina!
