Every company has something negative about them big or small. I really enjoyed these guys dispatch was extremely cool to work with 2-3 years with them I NEVER missed requested hometime I was even able to make an emergency flight home after I delivered a load to see my child be born that next day. The company seemed to start growing faster then expected I believe, so truck availability became a little issue in my opinion other than that I 1,0000000% recommend TBF to anybody who can get on with them.

Prepass October$25 prepass November $25 camera+ tracking on October and November $65+ 65 for something that I haven’t used since September. The day that I left I called them and asked how much I’ll get back they can’t answer my question cuz they already know what’s gonna happen . Today after they took so much deduction s on my escrow. I have to call police to get a report .and finally signed me a check . . Most of them spread out in Chicago because a lots of people know who they are. Once they have so many red flags , they will open another one. Please guys be aware of those scammers in this company. That’s how they got money by collecting $2500 escrow on every drivers who come on this company. One day that should be over .

I have been driving professionally for 17 years, for several different companies. This company has been the best driving experience I've experienced. My, dispatcher, Sofija, is the best I've worked with. She always keeps me rolling, if I want to be home, she gets me there. The company and owners take care of me and the truck. If I ever have a problem, they fix it. The women in the office are very knowledgeable and get things done. I enjoy going in the office anytime. I don't plan on driving for any other company. Don’t work for this company I work for them 6 weeks first never return my deposit second last week and half didn’t get pay third they never gave me my right miles forth no detention fifth they charged me for one night in motel and $11 for left they are the worth company you can work for the lei too much never being straight and charged me $2140 for tiers when I was working per mile so I should not pay for repairs

Worst company I been they will tell you which route take cause they don't wanna pay tolls but they still rather pay extra miles to the driver nosense to me, the equipment old volvos that can breakdown any moment over the road 600k+ miles you won't feel safe. Company don't care about drivers just make money that's it. Other thing your settlement you will have to call every week because everything is wrong missing miles etc. And to conclude they won't give you back the escrow deduction (1500$) they will take it from
any thing they invent every night you stay in the hotel they put you in since day one you start orientation with them any flight ticket etc etc the thing is they rob you that money stay away.
