I love the products but very disappointed in the service. I made an order to pick up at store. After checking store hours, drove 45 min. to pick up my order. Store/front office was closed when I arrived. Came back 15 min. later and still closed. Closing time is scheduled for 5pm and I arrived at 4:05 pm. I left a message and an email with a complaint. I asked if they would mail the items but was told I would have to pay an additional fee. What about the waste of my time and gas? Very disappointed.

Not super pleased with this company. I purchased two items at different times, the first I didn't like enough and ended up paying $17 in shipping to send it back. The second item was misprinted and although they sent me a shipping label to return it, they still kept $15 for a "reshelving/storage fee." I emailed them to ask about it and after a couple weeks without a response I called and spoke with the manager. A bunch of emails and even more weeks later I finally got my $15 refunded but not after bugging the manager multiple times and calling multiple times too (a lot of work for just $15 I know, but I felt this situation was wrong and wanted it to be made right). Returning the item was definitely a big hassle and even more getting a refund when it was them who had send me a faulty item in the first place. The manager was a nice man and I felt he really wanted to help me, it was just a much more lengthy and stressful process than necessary. I will not be shopping here again, not worth the headache of figuring out logistics with returns.

I placed my order in January, just received it today on March 8. When I ordered it, it only said "please give 10-14 days as they are made to order"...BS...it was on backorder, they were not helpful at all when I contacted them.
The order did arrive fast after it shipped, but it's clearly from China. It only came with two Y's and one V.
Do not order the marquee letters from this company.

I absolutely love this shop. They have the cutest signs and SUCH GOOD customer service. They are able to help you if you have any problems and are quick and awesome to work with. We will definitely be getting more things from them. All my friends got the same board and we are thrilled. If you have any issues with the items just email them and they will help you. The owners are some of the nicest people I have met. I highly recommend their store and everything in it. You will not be disappointed.
