This company is great if you like paying as much for delivery as for your food and if you like your food order delivered incomplete and after being driven all over Trussville shaken up in a blazing frenzy turned upside down and down side up it’s truly one of the best for this ?

I ordered from the Three Earred Rabbit and, while there food is fabulous, I didn't receive the aujus that comes with my sandwich. Ivontacted Trussville To Go in regards to this error and April said I needed to contact the restaurant because it's not T2G's responsibility to make sure my order is accurate and it's my fault for not making a note when I ordered asking for the aujus that COMES with the sandwich. I told her I ordered through them, not directly with the restaurant, they charge the mark up, not the restaurant, they charge the delivery fee, not the restaurant and uts my fault? I told her that was all I needed to hear and I'll know to NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN. You don't blame the customer because you screwed up.

We use Trussville To Go all the time. We’ve used it for plenty of places around town, always had good experiences. Typically take an hour to an hour and a half, which is expected and they estimate that. We have only been shorted one time, but I called them and they got their driver to go back, and bring us what we were shorted. We definitely will continue to use them

So glad to have Trussville to Go in town. They are super fast and great for those days you can’t (or don’t want to) get out. All the drivers are courteous and food always arrives hot!

First off they deliver promptly and update you when the food is being picked up and delivered. The only thing is some of the menu prices at some restaurants seem to be a little bit higher than the actual menu price and along with the fees and tip can drive the delivery experience around $15 more than picking it up..

They delivered right when they said they would. The food was still hot and it was delicious. I am excited to have Trussville to go around. I wish I had known about it sooner. They even gave us free dessert for our 40th wedding anniversary celebration.
