After being quoted a specific amount for my move (including having their estimators come to my house for an hour to verify the quantity of belongings), the final price ended up being more than double than the original quote. My original quote was around $3000, and my final payout was over $8000.

On top of that, their employees seriously damaged my stairs and broke multiple pieces of furniture. Those employees were fired supposedly, but not removed from the job site as one of them was living in the moving truck and had nowhere else to go.

The entire time they were moving slowly and taking their time, as well as using as many boxes as possible while not packing them carefully, driving up my costs even more.

I might be able to overlook some of these things, but then I was told that I needed them to store my belongings in their storage facility overnight with no explanation as to why. Ultimately the local police were called multiple times as they tried to drive off with my belongings to go to an unknown location. Sounds like attempted theft to me and to the local police.

Once my items were finally placed in the correct location (after 3 days of constant issues and paying more and more every day), I filed a damage claim for my damaged items. I (wrongly) assumed that because I had paid for the additional damage insurance that this would be a simple process since I had all of the original receipts and documentation of all the issues and damages. Jokes on me, it's been over a year now, and not only have I never recieved a single call back, now their customer service email is turned off.

Thanks Trusolutions for being the single most scummy and disreputable company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Oh. And their 5 star reviews are fake, most have never reviewed anything else ever.

This used to be a reliable, confident and efficient company. I had used them four times in the past couple of years. It is now horrible, untruthful and not recommended.

My recent move this past weekend should have been relatively simple as I was moving a one bedroom apartment. I was given a quote a timeframe of 12–2. NOTHING!
After the designated timeframe, I was repeatedly told that the driver was 30 minutes away. The truck showed up at 4:30!

Tyler Telephone me early in the evening to request that the delivery be held off until first thing the next morning Due to the cold and darkness. I agreed to a 9 o’clock delivery. NOTHING! No delivery, no contact, no information. At noon, I angrily contacted the company to find the whereabouts of my property and was given a litany of excuses and apologies.
The truck finally showed up at about 1 o’clock. Hours later, they requested payment of nearly $1000 for the horrible experience. I was quoted $400.
Tyler allegedly was “too busy” to speak with me about the situation.
I would never use this company again. I would never recommend this company.

My wife and I hired Tru Solutions to move into our next home. On the day of the move, the truck arrived about 1.5 hours late ( can't fault them though, they miss placed the keys). They then moved all of our stuff. They got lost for what seems 30 minutes on the drive to the house(these guys charge by the minute). Once we got to the new house some items went downstairs into the basement, some upstairs. They nailed our stairs at two spots, scratched our dining room table, and severely scratch a dresser. We noticed the damage on the stairs, they apologized and said they have a damages department that will handle it from here on out.

It has now been 1 month since the move, and we have tried contacting the damages department multiple times with no one answering the email or phone calls.

Hoping that this review gets them to contact us to resolve the issues that happened.

What made it worse, was we didn't even notice the damage to the dresser or table until after they left. They didn't tell us they damaged the items probably because they are scared of getting into trouble but this doesn't reflect the professionalism that we should expect from people. Tell us the truth when something is damaged.

Update: going on 7 weeks from moving. We have called 10+ times, and emailed. Still not any closer to a solution. So unprofessional!

It’s been about a year since I had this company and now that it’s time to move, I realized I didn’t leave my review. Here’s just a few things the back office did to piss me off: They lied about the quote, there was a deal that the company was promoting that was included in my quote that I did not get, sent an extra guy (without my permission/request) and made me pay for it, just overall a crappy experience and made me not trust any moving company.
The movers, however, were FABULOUS. They even told me this company tends to scam often and were really apologetic. They were great with my stuff and super fun and kind. They should go to a better company in my opinion.

I had to cancel the move because of a health condition. I gave them a month's notice. I had paid a $75 down payment. It's been over a year and in spite of my phone calls and emails they never responded back to me. They still owe me $75 since I canceled the move with a month's notice. Nor very good business practice.

My movers were Kevin and Jordan. First of all, since the beginning it started bad. They didn't have tools or blankets. I was told by the lady on the phone that they were going to be prepared. Well they took 30min on the phone (wasted and charged for it) trying to get the tools they needed but there was no luck. I had to go to the uhaul store and get blankets and asked my neighbors for tools. My bed was not taken apart properly even tho I kept telling them that I didn't want my bed damaged. They assured me that it was going to be fine but obviously it wasn't. My bed came apart during the travel and now I cant put it back. I paid 600 for my bed and it was only 6 months old. I called to make a claim but it's been about 3 to 4 weeks and nothing. I'm very frustrated because I dont have a bed to sleep on. So disappointed with this company.
