Over the past few years I’ve purchased about $30,000 worth of equipment from them, I spent over $5000 on a Manitowac ice maker that quit working after 13 months (5 year warranty) and the manufacturer denied the warranty claim due to an “adjustment” I asked tristate to assist with the $500 repair bill and they said they couldn’t help me. I will never spend another dollar there and I would think twice before I did any business there ever again if you own a business.

The driver just backed into my brand new car not even 3000 miles in a parking lot, said he tried to run me over and fled while throwing a vodka bottle out the window. Never thought i would almost die today!
