I've flown pets numerous times on different airlines and none of my previous experiences can compare with how well my dogs were treated here. They arrived safely from Costa Rica to Orlando. They cleaned up their cages a little after they arrived and gave them water. I shipped three dogs and they all got here happy and healthy. It didn't even take me five minutes to pick them up and leave. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I'm just amazed with how well everything went. Anyone with experience shipping animals knows that many shippers could care less about your pets. Not this place. They treated them with love and respect. 100% would recommend and ship with them again.

I am moving from Calgary to Panama City, Panama with my puppy, Stella.
It has not been an easy journey nor an inexpensive one.
I needed to take Stella and her kennel to Tri-Star as Stella was travelling cargo from Orlando to Panama City. When I got there, I found out that Copa had not booked Stella on the plane. This was a catastrophe for us!!
I must admit I broke down and cried. The women who worked there tried to help but there was little they could do as it was Copa who did not follow through.
Several days later when I returned with a booking for Stella, these ladies were so helpful. They were also very efficient and so kind.
We got Stella all booked and I needed to bring her 3 hours before my flight.
The next day when I dropped Stella off, I was quite emotional. Happy, that we were finally on our way after a 4 day extra stay, and scared for Stella. But the ladies reassured me she would be fine and then they hugged me. I really needed that.
I still worried but less so.
Stella arrived safely and soundly in Panama City. Now we begin our journey through the protests up to Boquete.

They took care of my friends dogs like they were their own, the guys help us out putting the dogs inside the truck and the cages in the truck bed, the dogs were really calm. Just be aware of some policies about checking the dogs with customs before they close at 5 pm, and our plane was delayed so we almost missed the time and also that there is an additional fee even when we already paid everything in the other country.

Smooth transaction. I had a yorkie imported from Czech Republic with a overlay on Germany making it a 20 hour trip for my Alvin. Everything thing was in order, I signed papers and picked up Alvin from the loading dock. There maybe 10 minutes. Crate was clean, Alvin had food, water, and a snack. I highly recommend using their services, I will be using them in the future.

A bit of a slow and disorganized service. Asked for documents in advanced via email to expedite the process of shipping, yet took forever to re-verify the documents that were already sent. Just need more work in streamlining the process.

The young lady that works in the front office named Gabrielle he's very nice polite very helpful goes out of her way to help her customers the elderly Hispanic lady in the warehouse is very friendly and nice and helps also their problem is is the black of management at TriStar cuz they don't manage your people very well they have a hard time keeping help on Mondays which is the busiest day of the week probably there's only one person in the office and she does the best she can which is Gabriel and she does a heck of a job doing it too
