A trf truck was driving I-10 westbound into Phoenix and was having obvious electrical issues as all the running and brake lights were on and flickering in and out. The driver could not maintain speed or position in a lane. They were definitely exhibiting reckless disregard for the safety of themselves and others. This occurred between 9:30 and 10:15pm on Tuesday 6/9/2020. I was unable to get a truck number as their driving was too erratic to pass safely.

Drivers are no good, seen them tgrowing garbage out the truck in livermore California! When confronted he started cussin in his mexican language! He needs to be dePorted back
