Do NOT send anything through this company. Same as previous reviews, as someone else said I wish I would have read sooner! I sent a box in April of 2021, we’re in Dec 2021. The story they gave me is that it’s stuck at customs because another customer sent a substantial amount of merchandise to sell and it’s stopped the whole shipment and it’s stuck in customs. They give me no dates, they told me they’re not responsible and can’t do anything but wait. I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is not right, this company is crooked, they don’t care for the consumer. Do not use this company! Save your hard earned money!

THEY ARE SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE!
We sent a package in May of 2021 and it still has not arrived. They claim that the package is being held by customs and that it will be delivered but have not provided support. They are very unresponsive. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.

Whishaw I would've looked at these reviews before my mom sent a couple boxes with this God awful company. Same as another customer review stated...being told the boxes are in customs. Nothing else. It has been 4 months!! We usually use a different company who's service is a million times better. Only should take about 6 weeks. I would have given ZERO stars if that were an option. Steer clear of this conpany!!!

Same here we sent a box 4 months ago and i been calling and the only thing I have been told is that is long process right now..can someone tell me if they actually had there box deliver?..otherwise I will sue them in court for this fraud this is not fair at all for everyone. I am very serious about this if anyone is willing to follow on a sue please let me know I know a lawyer I am sure he's willing to help.

Avoid this place, because they are not dependable, including any regional offices that use Chicago. We had used them for over 10 years through their agent in Indianapolis and always got the boxes, but the one my Wife sent in September 2019 has still not arrived. It seems that the problem is only with Zuleta in Chicago because my Sister-in-Law in Guatemala has received three boxes all quickly delivered from Zuleta in Atlanta, Georgia. And my Wife sent another box from Guatemalteca Store in Indianapolis who is the representative of Servi-Express in Cincinnati, Ohio and it was delivered in Guatemala within two weeks. If you are in Chicago or any State surrounding Illinois that represents Zuleta in Chicago NEVER ship a package with them. They are a total disgrace.

Do not use. I sent a package that took 2 years to be delivered. They don't answer the phone, don't respond to messages. This is the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with.

Please report this place to the state of Illinois consumer affairs and to the city of chicago consumer affairs also to the better business bureau enough is enough know your resources they stole our property and it's not until Heidy was told she was being record from all her lies to us that she got upset and said she did not give me a right to record her well we paid you and you have our stuff please file a complaint and report them ASAP!

Very bad in sending the boxes to Honduras I send 8 of them for needed family of poor people and stuff I need for me and they stop taking my call and they say is at the aduanas they are still pending for
Release don't send any boxes with them they unprofessional and the delay is too long I am sure the boxes are lost stolen or not send
