Paid good money to take the TIA CTB class and exam. During taking the three tests involved in the exam, test One and test Three glitched showing that I had made 0% progress after I had completed them. Once I completed test two, I received a page that said "Congratulations you have completed test two" and then the test was no longer available in my portal. I did not get the same message for tests one and three. In fact, when I went back to the portal, test one and three showed 0% progress while test two was complete and no longer available. As a software engineer and HTML/CSS programmer, I know they would not have a "Completed" page for one test in a sires of three. When I brought this up to them, they refused to confirm they actually received responses for all questions on test one and three. So, basically, I'm out over $3K with nothing to show for it, because their systems were poorly built. I would not recommend this program to anyone. Honestly, if you can sell, no brokerage cares if you are a certified broker anyway.

In every business integrity is the basic characteristic for building relationships & credibility. We were looking for a trusted partner for our FMCSA BMC-84 bond. We wanted our carriers' partners to be confident their payment was secure, and they are working with a reputable transportation broker.
Learning the TIA offers a FMCSA BMC-84 bond program made the decision a straightforward one.
Wendy was amazing to work with, and it was awesome to see her bring her years of experience at Avalon and help guide us through the process.
TIA’s partner Avalon was also pleasure working with because any questions we had (and there were numerous 😊), Emily & Ladonna were right there to answer it.
I was surprised that Avalon was available for a call after working hours.
I highly recommend TIA’s bond program and look forward to seeing it growing.

We are the member with TIA since 2016 and still are. I must say they have given us a very valuable start with freight brokerage, additionally members have access to the resource section which allows you to get many other useful information like latest contracts, educational materials etc. Me personally I love their webinars and educational courses, lots of insiders information which you will not find so easy.

High fees for an organization that never returns phone calls to answer simple questions about the industry. All online webinars that I have experienced are just commercials for other members.
