I have been a mechanic here at Transdev and have been met with descrimination and retaliation after speaking up about issues on site my tools were stolen from my vehicle on company property and the company refused to reimburse me for my losses I am dissatisfied with the service working for this establishment

The training program wasnt as organized as it could have been. Starting pay is laughable for living in San Diego. My best advice , get your license, and find another job that pays better ASAP!

They will work you to death..6 day schedule with a 10-12 hour spread. MTS does not address the hostile environment that the Drivers have to endure on a daily basis.

Driver’s provide an excellent service to the community. However, Transdev Management Team doesn’t provide a pleasant working environment due to their lack of organization and experience.

One of their drivers side swiped another vehicle and never stopped. For all you idiots that cut in on the 15 south to 52 east connector at the last second, I say shame on you and the drivers that enable this driving behavior. 5:20 pm on 3/20/18

Time and time again I get treated like I am an idiot. When I call in to complain when a bus has not shown a half an hour after it scheduled arrival. I so freaking tried of being inconvenienced by there buses!!!!
