Impeccable customer service and pickup service is very reliable. Whenever I’ve contacted the company, Lee has been very quick to reply and is always warm and friendly. They’ve gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. For example, when I was running late to put my trash out, they waited and even helped me haul the trash and recycling out of my garage. Very kind and considerate people, pleasure to work with.

We have had Tourville Trucking for over 25 years. They are always courteous and go out of their way to accommodate us. When we have high winds in our area, we leave our cans in the garage or next to the garage. They always pick up the trash and leave the bins in the protected space. We have never had any issues and we recommend their service.

You get what you pay for. In this case you pay for loudmouth hillbillies who consistently make absolutely absurd mistakes that I cannot even begin to figure out. A few months ago our recycling bin went missing. We called them, they denied it and offered no solutions. Today I came home to 3 trash bins on our lawn and an unexplained recycling bin. Guess I'll be spending the rest of my afternoon figuring out who these belong to. These employees can't simply pick up a trash can and dump it in their truck, then place the proper can back where it was. Go with Casellas or Gauthiers, they are professional, courteous, and do their job right.
