I ordered wine here, that is connected to our family name, for a wedding rehearsal dinner. I was ordering wine that had special labels on it, and they worked hard to make sure I got the labels that I needed. Once the order was received, I discovered one of the labels was damaged, and the manager gave me a deep discount since they could not replace the bottle. The damage was not the fault of the store. I appreciate their efforts, and the selection in their store.

Love the variety of liquor. Good customer service, even though the register went off line and they could only accept cash, we got an extra discount because I luckily had some cash on me.

Recently visited my favorite store with alcohol and drinks, and, as always, was very pleased! I bought my favorite drinks: Jim Beam Bourbon and carbonated drinks Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa. Jim Beam bourbon is a classic, always excellent quality, soft taste and pleasant aroma. It goes very well both neat and in cocktails. And Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa is an ideal refreshing drink with a rich citrus flavor that perfectly complements strong drinks or is great to drink on its own.

The store always pleases with freshness and a large selection. The staff is polite and always ready to help with the choice, which makes the shopping process even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back for more purchases!

I recently visited Total Wine to purchase alcohol for an upcoming Thanksgiving dinner, but I did not have my payment method with me, as I was waiting for a new card. An employee directed me to the manager for assistance, but unfortunately, the manager was unhelpful and seemed dismissive. While I understand that store policies may limit what can be done, I found his tone and demeanor to be unnecessarily rude, to the point where I felt uncomfortable.

I addressed my concerns with him, asking for a possible solution, but he stated that nothing could be done. This response was surprising, as he could have easily suggested to use Total Wine's app to purchase the items as I had my card information with me. Interestingly enough, this solution was provided by a BevMo employee because I later made my way to BevMo and they were not only accommodating but I was treated respectfully and my purchase was completed smoothly.

While I understand that everyone can have a challenging day and policies are in place for customer's security, I do believe it is important for managers to approach customer interactions with professionalism and a willingness to find reasonable solutions. I hope future interactions at Total Wine can reflect this standard of service.

I have a great experience coming here, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and make great recommendations no matter what your budget is. Ashley, the manager, especially went abobe and beyond when I had a lot of questions about returns. Very thankful for the staff!
