My review is on behalf of Napoleon C. who delivered 3 palettes of my inventory on 1/31. Just wanted to thank him for going above and beyond and helping me get everything into my storage unit. He was incredibly pleasant, kind and hardworking so I wanted to share my appreciation and hope his employer knows how grateful I am to him.

We have shipped a few times with this company, but their drivers keep putting stickers on the BOL that are not actual tracking numbers. Our customers are not happy, since they can not track their shipments. TTD needs to do better.

I don't often leave a bad review, the only time I do it's because I need to adress something for the sake for the company. One thing is to build a company but the survival of a company depends on their employees. This company had the worst employees I've never seen. Unprofessional, lazy. From the customer service to trucks drivers. Ad you can see in the pictures I was expecting a delivery and when the driver came he clearly said he can't drive up. I told him that many trucks 🚚 comes here every single day but he didn't give a dam try. When I try to call customer service, they were asking for money 💰. I honestly don't understand this. The sad thing he left with my merchandise and don't get any update until now. They really don't care about customers. That's unfortunate. Do yourself a favor and avoid all these stress. Stay away from this company

**The worst transportation company ever!**

With so many bad reviews, it's a mystery why anyone still uses this company. They are totally unprofessional and unreliable. For two days, they promised delivery and gave me three different time slots. I took two days off work, only to be left waiting each time with no delivery.

They didn't even bother to call to inform me that they wouldn’t deliver. I had to call five times, and each time I was put on hold for 45 minutes to an hour. Ultimately, I had no choice but to cancel my order because I was going out of town for three weeks, something I had informed them about in advance.

This was the worst experience possible. Avoid this company at all costs!

I wanted to take a moment to write a glowing review for a delivery that the driver, Kevin, went above and beyond to make the delivery smooth. My elderly parents were at their Baja Mexico property for a couple of months and when it came time for the delivery of a large double sink vanity to arrive to their Los Angeles property, I was the only family member that could be physically present to receive the 500lb crate.

The house has a narrow security gate and getting the crate through was a monumental task and Kevin was such a good sport about it. Not only did he have a can-do attitude, he found a clever way of getting it into the yard.
Once the item made it into the front yard, there isn’t a garage to safely store the item while my parents are away.
So, again, Kevin provided a solution and helped me move heavy items from a paved pathway and lead it to an area that was far away from the security gate but still offered some cover with a tarp.

This was not an easy feat and Kevin’s resourcefulness and positive attitude was stellar!

Very disappointed in this company's mismanagement. I ordered a sauna online, the selling company scheduled Total Transportation to deliver my sauna. I received a call from Total Transportation requesting to schedule my delivery. I told them I could take off work Friday to receive my delivery between 8am-12pm. At 12:30pm that Friday I received a call stating the driver had an emergency and they'd have to reschedule. Obviously disappointment but I understand things do happen. I said I could take another day off work the following Friday. Guess what, on delivery day around 11am I received a call stating their driver had another emergency and they'd have to reschedule again. I asked if they only have one truck and the rep very boastfully stated they have over 100 trucks. I responded, great, I'm here all day, put it on another truck and have it delivered as promised. Her response was: "oh, well we only have one truck in your area." I contacted the company that I bought the sauna from to explain I can't take anymore time off work and if Total Transportation wants to make me the first delivery of the day then I would wait and go into work a little later. I received a call that they would get my Sauna delivered the following Monday (today) before 10am. You'll never believe this, at 9:30am I was told the driver can't make the delivery. If you have the luxury of not having to work then I think Total Transportation might at some point deliver your item(s) but I sadly cannot wait around for them to get their act together. It's not rocket science, you have a customer that has made numerous accommodations to make this delivery happen. Put the delivery on the truck to be delivered first. I get routes and schedules but sometimes when you as the company have messed up so many times, you have to put the customer first at some point. At least that's my view. God Speed.
